Im Rahmen einer Informationskampagne in der Westschweiz zu Fragen von Geschlecht und Ernährungssouveränität organisiert der Verein E-CHANGER Runde Tische zu feministischen und agrarökologischen Praktiken für eine nachhaltige Welt. Der Genfer Abend findet am 17. Oktober im Palais Eynard statt.
Die Agrarökologie verkörpert zunehmend die Zukunft der Landwirtschaft. Über kulturelle Praktiken hinaus zielt diese Praxis auch darauf ab, die Lebensmittelproduktionsbedingungen so zu verbessern, dass sie sowohl für die Umwelt als auch für die Arbeitskräfte gesund und nachhaltig sind und gleichzeitig die Qualität der Lebensmittel für die Bevölkerung gewährleisten. Und dies kann nicht erreicht werden, ohne die Position der Frauen auf dem Feld zu verbessern, da ihre Rolle in der Lebensmittelproduktion so zentral ist.
Anhand der Erfahrungen und Perspektiven von drei Aktivistinnen werden wir uns einen Moment Zeit nehmen, um die Situation von Frauen und ihre Bedeutung in den Prozessen der Lebensmittelproduktion besser zu verstehen. Dann ein weiterer Moment, um die Initiativen zu entdecken, die in den letzten Jahren von Akteuren in diesem Bereich ergriffen wurden, um diesem Ort Anerkennung zu verschaffen. Abschließend werden wir die Aussichten für eine stärkere Beteiligung von Frauen an Entscheidungen und der gemeinsamen Nutzung von Nahrungsmittelressourcen in Frage stellen.

Begleitet wird sie von Gaëlle Scuiller, E-CHANGER-Mitarbeiterin bei MMF Brasilien.
> Edwige YAPO, Sozialunternehmerin in der Elfenbeinküste, deren Unternehmen SHARE mit einem kollaborativen und innovativen Ansatz Programme für den ökologischen Landbau zugunsten von 150 Frauenkooperativen initiiert.
> Myriam DUPRAZ DANGE, Bäuerin und Gründerin des „Jardin de Max“ in Vésenaz, Mitglied der Gewerkschaft Uniterre.
Moderiert von Maïmouna MAYORAZ, Kommunikations- und Sensibilisierungsmanagerin bei E-Changer.
Es wird eine Übersetzung vom Portugiesischen ins Französische bereitgestellt.
Der Weltmarsch der Frauen (MMF) in Brasilien ist eine beliebte feministische und antikapitalistische Bewegung mit einer Basis von 12.500 Menschen, die zahlreiche Überlegungen, Praktiken und Erfahrungen als Reaktion auf den Klima- und sozialen Notstand entwickelt hat. Ihr populärer Feminismus, der im Kampf und der Selbstorganisation der am stärksten marginalisierten Frauen für ihre Rechte verankert ist, ermöglicht es, sich Alternativen vorzustellen, die in der Lage sind, auf die enormen Herausforderungen zu reagieren, die sich mit dem Klimawandel zunehmend zerstörerisch ergeben, insbesondere in unserer Beziehung zu Natur und beim Aufbau einer geeinten und nachhaltigen Gesellschaft für alle.

As part of an information campaign in French-speaking Switzerland on gender and food sovereignty issues, the E-CHANGER association is organizing round tables on feminist and agroecological practices for a sustainable world. The Geneva evening will take place on October 17 at Palais Eynard.
Agroecology increasingly embodies the future of agriculture. Beyond cultivation practices, this practice also aims to improve food production conditions so that they are healthy and sustainable for both the environment and the workforce, while ensuring the quality of food for populations. And this cannot be done without improving the place of women in the field, as their role in food production is central.
Through the experiences and perspectives of three activists, we will take a moment to better understand the situation of women and their importance in food production processes. Then, another moment to discover the initiatives implemented in recent years by field actors to have this place recognized. Finally, we will question the prospects for greater participation of women in decisions and the sharing of food resources.

She will be accompanied by Gaëlle Scuiller, E-CHANGER cooper-actor within the WMW Brazil.
> Edwige YAPO, social entrepreneur in Ivory Coast, whose company SHARE initiates organic farming programs for the benefit of 150 women's cooperatives with a collaborative and innovative approach.

The World March of Women (WMW) in Brazil is a popular feminist and anti-capitalist movement with a base of 12,500 people and which has developed many reflections, practices and experiences responding to the climate and social emergency. Their popular feminism, anchored in the struggle and self-organization of the most marginalized women for their rights, makes it possible to imagine alternatives capable of responding to the enormous challenges that are increasingly destructive with climate change, particularly in our relationship with nature and in the construction of a united and sustainable society for all.

"Agroécologie et émancipation des femmes: lutte sur trois continents"
Dans le cadre d'une campagne d'information en Suisse romande sur les questions de genre et de souveraineté alimentaire, l'association E-CHANGER organise des tables rondes sur les pratiques féministes et agroécologiques pour un monde durable. La soirée genevoise aura lieu le 17 octobre au Palais Eynard.
L’agroécologie incarne de plus en plus l’avenir de l’agriculture. Au-delà des pratiques culturales, cette pratique vise également à améliorer les conditions de production des aliments afin que celles-ci soient saines et durables tant pour l’environnement que pour la main d’œuvre, tout en assurant la qualité de l’alimentation pour les populations. Et cela ne peut se faire sans une amélioration de la place des femmes dans le domaine, tant est central leur rôle dans la production alimentaire.
À travers les expériences et perspectives de trois militantes, nous prendrons un moment pour mieux comprendre la situation des femmes et leur importance dans les processus de production de nourriture. Puis, un autre moment pour découvrir les initiatives mises en place ces dernières années par les actrices de terrain pour faire reconnaître cette place. Enfin, nous nous interrogerons sur les perspectives d’une plus grande participation des femmes aux décisions et au partage des ressources alimentaires.

> Natália LOBO, agroécologue, militante de la Marche Mondiale des Femmes (MMF) au Brésil, qui accompagne des groupes de femmes rurales dans leur autonomisation individuelle et collective et le développement de pratique agroécologiques. Elle sera accompagnée de Gaëlle Scuiller, coopér-actrice E-CHANGER au sein de la MMF Brésil.
> Edwige YAPO, entrepreneure sociale en Côte d’Ivoire, dont l’entreprise SHARE initie des programmes d’agriculture biologique au profit de 150 coopératives de femmes avec une approche collaborative et innovante.
> Myriam DUPRAZ DANGE, paysanne et fondatrice du «Jardin de Max» à Vésenaz, membre du syndicat Uniterre.

La Marche Mondiale des Femmes (MMF) au Brésil est un mouvement populaire féministe et anticapitaliste fort d'une base de 12 500 personnes et qui a développé de nombreuses réflexions, pratiques et expériences répondant à l'urgence climatique et sociale. Leur féminisme populaire, ancré dans la lutte et l’auto-organisation des femmes les plus marginalisées pour leurs droits, permet d'imaginer des alternatives capables de répondre aux énormes défis qui se posent de façon de plus en plus destructrice avec le changement climatique, notamment dans notre rapport à la nature et dans la construction d'une société solidaire et durable pour toutes et tous.
