Im Oktober lädt die MAOM zu ihrem ersten Archicity des Jahres in der Kirche Saint-Esprit in Montpellier ein! Sie wurde 2019 als "bemerkenswerte zeitgenössische Architektur" eingestuft und veranschaulicht die Erneuerung der religiösen Architektur des 20. Jahrhunderts.
Der Besuch wird von Michèle François, Beauftragte für den Schutz historischer Denkmäler und Referentin für das Label bemerkenswerte zeitgenössische Architektur, und Claude Paycheng vom Pastoralrat geleitet. Marcel Pigeire, der Architekt des Projekts, wird ebenfalls anwesend sein!
Dieses Projekt, das 1968 errichtet wurde, zeichnet sich durch seine innovative Architektur, sein Gerüst aus Lamellenleimen und die abstrakten Glasfenster von Léon Blanchet aus. Der helle und offene Raum des Projekts hat einen quadratischen Grundriss, der im Gegensatz zu einem traditionellen Kirchenschiff um einen zentralen Altar herum organisiert ist. Seine dreieckigen Fassaden in der Höhe verkörpern architektonisch das Thema des Heiligen Geistes. Die vier Teile des Daches stützen sich direkt auf den Boden und geben dem Gebäude eine Zeltform. Das Projekt findet sein Gleichgewicht zwischen Modernität und Leichtigkeit, dank roher Materialien wie Beton und Zinkdach, die mit den großen Glasfenstern abgemildert werden.

In October, the MAOM invites you to its first Archicity of the year at the Saint-Esprit Church in Montpellier! Classified as "Remarkable Contemporary Architecture" in 2019, it illustrates the revival of religious architecture in the twentieth century.
The visit will be led by Michèle François, in charge of the protection of historical monuments and referent for the remarkable contemporary architecture label, and Claude Paycheng, from the pastoral council. Marcel Pigeire, the architect of the project, will also be present!
This project, built in 1968, stands out for its innovative architecture, its glulam framework and its abstract stained glass windows made by Léon Blanchet. Bright and open space, the project presents a square plan, which is organized around a central altar, unlike a traditional nave. Its triangular elevations architecturally materialize the theme of the Holy Spirit. The four sections of the roof rest directly on the ground, giving the building a tent-like shape. The project finds its balance between modernity and lightness, thanks to raw materials such as concrete and zinc roofing, softened with the presence of large stained glass windows.

Nel mese di ottobre, la MAOM vi invita al suo primo Archicity dell'anno presso la Chiesa Saint-Esprit a Montpellier! Classificata come "Architettura Contemporanea Notevole" nel 2019, illustra il rinnovamento dell'architettura religiosa del XX secolo.
La visita sarà guidata da Michèle François, responsabile della protezione dei monumenti storici e referente per il marchio di architettura contemporanea notevole, e Claude Paycheng, del consiglio pastorale. Marcel Pigeire, l'architetto del progetto, sarà presente!
Questo progetto, costruito nel 1968, si distingue per la sua architettura innovativa, la struttura in laminato e le vetrate astratte realizzate da Léon Blanchet. Spazio luminoso e aperto, il progetto presenta una pianta quadrata, che si organizza attorno a un altare centrale, contrariamente a una navata tradizionale. Le sue facciate triangolari in elevazione materializzano architettonicamente il tema dello Spirito Santo. Le quattro parti del tetto poggiano direttamente sul suolo, dando all'edificio una forma di tenda. Il progetto trova il suo equilibrio tra modernità e leggerezza, grazie a materiali grezzi come il calcestruzzo e la copertura in zinco, ammorbiditi dalla presenza delle grandi vetrate.

En octobre, la MAOM vous invite à son premier Archicity de l’année à l’Église Saint-Esprit à Montpellier ! Classée « Architecture Contemporaine Remarquable » en 2019, elle illustre le renouveau de l’architecture religieuse du XXᵉ siècle.
La visite sera menée par Michèle François, chargée de protection des Monuments historiques et référente pour le label architecture contemporaine remarquable, et Claude Paycheng, du conseil pastoral. Marcel Pigeire, l’architecte du projet, sera également présent !
Ce projet, construit en 1968, se distingue par son architecture innovante, sa charpente en lamellé-collé et ses vitraux abstraits réalisés par Léon Blanchet. Espace lumineux et ouvert, le projet présente un plan carré, qui s’organise autour d’un autel central, contrairement à une nef traditionnelle. Ses façades triangulaires en élévation matérialisent architecturalement le thème du Saint-Esprit. Les quatre pans de la toiture s’appuient directement sur le sol, donnant à l’édifice une forme de tente. Le projet trouve son équilibre entre modernité et légèreté, grâce à des matériaux bruts tels que le béton et la toiture en zinc, adoucis avec la présence des grands vitraux.

Este proyecto, construido en 1968, se distingue por su arquitectura innovadora, su estructura de laminado y sus vitrales abstractos realizados por Léon Blanchet. Espacio luminoso y abierto, el proyecto presenta un plano cuadrado, que se organiza alrededor de un altar central, a diferencia de una nave tradicional. Sus fachadas triangulares en elevación materializan arquitectónicamente el tema del Espíritu Santo.
