Color Run
On September 26, starting at 1:30 p.m., CISM is organizing a Color Run as part of the Yellow September (suicide risk prevention month) at the ESUM.

On September 26, from 1:30 p.m., the CISM (Intercommunal Council for Mental Health of the Val de Marque) is organizing a Color Run as part of Yellow September (month of suicide risk prevention) at the Villeneuve d'Ascq ESUM.
A festive and committed event to recall an essential conviction: mental health concerns us all.
On the agenda:
A Color Run open to everyone:
- 14h (appointment at 13h30): Warm-up and departure of the "runners"
- 15h (appointment at 14h30): Warm-up and departure of the "walkers" (walkers, PMR, children, etc.)
The race is 3 km, without a time trial.
- A partnership village to meet committed stakeholders
- Spaces for information and exchanges around mental health

Le 26 septembre à partir de 13h30, le CISM (Conseil intercommunal en santé mentale du Val de Marque) organise une Color Run dans le cadre de septembre jaune (mois de prévention au risque suicidaire) aux ESUM de Villeneuve d’Ascq.
Un événement festif et engagé pour rappeler une conviction essentielle : la santé mentale nous concerne toutes et tous.
Au programme :
Une Color Run ouverte à toutes et tous :
- 14h (rendez-vous à 13h30) : Échauffement et départ des "coureurs"
- 15h (rendez-vous à 14h30) : Échauffement et départ des "marcheurs" (marcheurs, PMR, enfants, etc)
La course est de 3 km, sans chrono.
- Un village partenarial pour rencontrer des acteurs engagés
- Des espaces d'information et d'échanges autour de la santé mentale

Tout au long de l’année, le Conseil intercommunal en santé mentale (CISM) développe des actions de sensibilisation et accompagne des initiatives locales afin de mieux répondre aux besoins des habitants.

Een feestelijke en geëngageerde gebeurtenis om te herinneren aan een essentiële overtuiging: Geestelijke gezondheid gaat ons allen aan.

Een kleurenrun die voor iedereen toegankelijk is:
- 14h (afspraak om 13:30): Opwarmen en vertrek van de "lopers"
- 15h (afspraak om 14:30 uur): Opwarmen en vertrek van de "wandelaars" (wandelaars, gehandicapten, kinderen, enz.)
De race is 3 km, zonder tijd.
- Een partnerdorp om toegewijde acteurs te ontmoeten
- Ruimten voor informatie en uitwisseling over geestelijke gezondheid
