The Salon Les Clés de l'Emploi celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2025!

In 2025, the Salon Les Clés de l'Emploi will celebrate its 20th anniversary. This unmissable event dedicated to employment, guidance, training and business creation returns for an anniversary edition, on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 9am to 5pm, in Marquette-lez-Lille. This year, the Keys to Employment focuses on the strength of the network, with new partnerships and collaborations to make 2025 a rich edition of opportunities. In 2024, nearly 2,500 visitors attended the event to meet the 170 exhibitors.

New products 2025

To mark two decades of commitment to employment and vocational integration, the show will propose some new features this year.
A new village will appear, the one of The public service, to make career opportunities in public administrations and services known. The event-related professions, the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Education and Research, will also be represented this year.
The Orientation space will be strengthened by the participation of Yookan, Guidance and Skills Specialist, offering innovative concepts of gaming and virtual immersion to define their soft skills and discover various trades and sectors.
A new partnership will also mark this 20th edition: Workeez, the application nicknamed the "Tinder of employment", for simplified and efficient business meetings !

A living room structured by space

An information, guidance and training area : Training organisations and guidance experts will provide valuable advice to help you define your career plan or gain skills.
A Recruitment area : employers, offering job offers (permanent, term, alternance, internship...) in the main sectors of activity: construction, customer relations centres, commerce, energy, public service, industry, logistics, digital, catering, health, personal services, Services to individuals and businesses, transport.
A village Business creation : A space dedicated to those who wish to start up.
Two demonstration spaces : installed in the heart of the exhibition to allow curious people to discover and test various trades, fields of activity and innovations.
Thematic conferences will take place throughout the event.
