Feet firmly anchored in the ground, head up, alert eyes, a subtle support such as a perfect blend of relaxation and agility, a posture so precise that inevitably betrays a desire for perfectionism and a deep desire for control. According to Johnny Cadillac, former Belgian karateka, this is «the» defensive position par excellence: the 3/4 face. Choreographer and performer Loraine Dambermont appropriates this principle and gives us her survival guide in the face of the expectation of chaos with Toujours de 3/4 face! This performance, dotted with self-deprecation, is a «live» tutorial revealing the secrets of self-defence to face the dangers that lie ahead.
