The Image Fair? An association

Medieval Lagrassian painted ceilings, walls adorned with caves, ancient graffiti…: drawings, images… Stories? History? Books! Readers of all ages, young and old, passionate, neophytes… are invited to curiosity… at La Foire aux images, what! Not a big bazaar, but a moment of encounters with the authors of our time. The diversity of the worlds of comics and images is to be explored, it is the opportunity to make a bit of a journey.
This festival is conceived and organised by comic strip enthusiasts and comic strip, image and heritage professionals. It combines comics and history of graphic heritage.

The comic strip festival La Foire aux images

In rural areas, in a friendly and simple atmosphere, the association wishes to propose these meetings with authors in close proximity.
Jean-François Charles and Maryse Charles, guests of honour in 2020 and heritage enthusiasts, have agreed to come to the beautiful village of Lagrasse.

The association is a partner of the municipal library of Lagrasse, the departmental library of Aude, the Maison du Banquet and generations, abbey of Lagrasse.
