With Poussières, Yann Frisch imagines a show on the border between theatre and illusion. At the heart of the story, a couple in their sixties. She gradually slides into a mystical ecstasy. He tries to follow without faltering. Love resists, but reality eludes... Between metaphysical anxiety and visual power, Poussières asserts a theater of the wonderful, where magic arises when reality dissolves. The show poses a simple and dizzying question: how to distinguish faith from mental disorder, without losing the other along the way?

Avec Poussières, Yann Frisch imagine un spectacle à la frontière du théâtre et de l’illusion. Au coeur du récit, un couple d’une soixantaine d’années. Elle glisse peu à peu dans une extase mystique. Lui tente de suivre sans vaciller. L’amour résiste, mais la réalité se dérobe… Entre inquiétude métaphysique et puissance visuelle, Poussières affirme un théâtre du merveilleux, où la magie surgit lorsque le réel se dissout. Le spectacle pose une question simple et vertigineuse : comment distinguer la foi du trouble mental, sans perdre l’autre en chemin ?

Met _Dust_stelt Yann Frisch zich een show voor op de grens van theater en illusie. De kern van het verhaal, een paar zestig jaar oud. Ze gaandeweg in een mystieke extase. Hij probeert te volgen zonder te aarzelen. Liefde verzet zich, maar de werkelijkheid glijdt weg… tussen metafysische angst en visuele kracht, bevestigt stof een theater van het wonderbaarlijke, waar magie ontstaat wanneer de werkelijkheid oplost.
