Since the birth of professionalism in 1932, more than 500 Algerian footballers have played in the French championship. From Ali Benouna to Zinédine Zidane, who are these immigrant sports workers? And what are their stories?
The sporting careers and social trajectories of three generations of professional footballers are part of the ambiguities and turbulences of the twentieth century: decolonization and globalization, deindustrialization and emancipation, democratization of sport
Based on the work of Stanislas Frenkiel, this round table will bring together former professional footballers who will testify about their careers far from the masks of business and spectacle.

Nordine Kourichi, born April 12, 1954 in Ostricourt ( Nord ) is an Algerian international footballer. He has 30 national team selections between 1980 and 196. Player at Valenciennes FC from 76 to 81 and LOSC from 82 to 86.
Zaïr Kédadouche, born August 9, 1957 in Tourcoing (North) is a former French footballer and senior civil servant.

Les carrières sportives et trajectoires sociales de trois générations de footballeurs professionnels s’inscrivent dans les ambiguïtés et turbulences du XXe siècles : décolonisation et mondialisation, désindustrialisation et émancipation, démocratisation du sport
Basée sur les travaux de Stanislas Frenkiel, cette table-ronde réunira d’anciens footballeurs professionnels qui témoigneront de leurs parcours loin des masques du business et du spectacle.
