Architekturführung der Marcel Pagnol Schule in Pamiers mit der Agentur Oeco Architectes. Organisiert vom CAUE der Ariège.
Entdeckung des neuen Kindergartens Marcel Pagnol, der 2023 ausgeliefert wurde. Dieses Projekt der Gemeinde Pamiers wurde von dem Projektteam von OECO Architectes, Eskis, TPFI, Ecozimut, Alayrac und Emacoustic realisiert.
Das Gebäude, das von einem Garten begleitet wird, ist Teil des Stadterneuerungsprojekts des nördlichen Teils des alten Zentrums von Pamiers auf dem Gelände einer ehemaligen Handelsbrache.
Das Design der Schule von 1734 m² Bodenfläche erfüllt ökologische und ökologische Ziele (natürliche Belüftung, Geothermie, Gründach...). Es ist mit biobasierten Materialien gebaut: Holzrahmen, Verkleidung von Douglasie und lokale Lärche der Pyrenäen, Trennwände aus komprimiertem Lehmziegel (BTC).
Die Besichtigung des Gebäudes wird von der Architektin Coralie Bouscal begleitet, die uns durch die Räume der Schule und ihres Innenhofs führt, um diese Leistung zu entdecken, die für das Wohlbefinden und die Entwicklung von Kindern konzipiert wurde.

Architectural visit of the Marcel Pagnol school in Pamiers with the agency Oeco Architects. Organized by the CAUE of Ariège.
Discovery of the new Marcel Pagnol kindergarten delivered in 2023. This project of the municipality of Pamiers was carried out by the project management team composed of OECO Architects, Eskis, TPFI, Ecozimut, Alayrac and Emacoustic.
Accompanied by a garden, this building is part of the urban renewal project of the northern part of the old center of Pamiers on the site of a former commercial wasteland.
The design of the school of 1734 m² of floor area meets ecological and environmental objectives (natural ventilation, geothermal, green roof...). It is built with bio-based materials: wood frame, Douglas fir wood cladding and local larch of the Pyrenees, partitions in compressed raw earth bricks (BTC).
The visit of the building will be accompanied by the architect Coralie Bouscal who will guide us in the school spaces and its oasis courtyard to discover this achievement designed for the well-being and development of children.

Scoperta della nuova scuola materna Marcel Pagnol consegnata nel 2023. Questo progetto del comune di Pamiers è stato realizzato dal team di progettazione composto da OECO Architectes, Eskis, TPFI, Ecozimut, Alayrac e Emacoustic.
Accompagnato da un giardino, questo edificio fa parte del progetto di rinnovamento urbano della parte settentrionale del centro antico di Pamiers sul sito di un'ex area commerciale abbandonata.
Il design della scuola di 1.734 m² di superficie soddisfa obiettivi ecologici e ambientali (ventilazione naturale, geotermia, tetto verde...). È costruita con materiali a base biologica: ossatura in legno, rivestimento in legno douglas e larice locale dei Pirenei, partizioni in mattoni di terra cruda compressa (BTC).
La visita dell'edificio sarà accompagnata dall'architetto Coralie Bouscal che ci guiderà all'interno degli spazi della scuola e del suo cortile oasi per scoprire questa realizzazione immaginata per il benessere e lo sviluppo dei bambini.

Découverte de la nouvelle école maternelle Marcel Pagnol livrée en 2023. Ce projet de la municipalité de Pamiers a été réalisé par l’équipe de maitrise d’œuvre composée d’OECO Architectes, Eskis, TPFI, Ecozimut, Alayrac et Emacoustic.
Accompagné d’un jardin, ce bâtiment s’inscrit dans le cadre du projet de renouvellement urbain de la partie nord du centre ancien de Pamiers sur le site d'une ancienne friche commerciale.
La conception de l'école de 1734 m² de surface de plancher répond à des objectifs écologiques et environnementaux (ventilation naturelle, géothermie, toiture végétalisée...). Elle est construite avec des matériaux biosourcés : ossature en bois, bardage bois douglas et mélèze local des Pyrénées, cloisons en briques de terre crue compressée (BTC).
La visite du bâtiment sera accompagnée par l'architecte Coralie Bouscal qui nous guidera au sein des espaces de l'école et de sa cour oasis pour découvrir cette réalisation imaginée pour le bien-être et le développement des enfants.

Descubrimiento del nuevo jardín de infancia Marcel Pagnol entregado en 2023. Este proyecto del municipio de Pamiers fue realizado por el equipo de maestría de obra compuesto por OECO Architectes, Eskis, TPFI, Ecozimut, Alayrac y Emacoustic.
Acompañado de un jardín, este edificio se inscribe en el marco del proyecto de renovación urbana de la parte norte del centro antiguo de Pamiers en el sitio de un antiguo terreno baldío comercial.
El diseño de la escuela de 1734 m² de superficie de suelo responde a objetivos ecológicos y medioambientales (ventilación natural, geotérmica, cubierta vegetal...). Está construida con materiales biosurados: armazón de madera, revestimiento de madera douglas y alerce local de los Pirineos, tabiques de ladrillos de tierra cruda comprimida (BTC).
La visita al edificio estará acompañada por el arquitecto Coralie Bouscal que nos guiará por los espacios de la escuela y su patio oasis para descubrir esta realización imaginada para el bienestar y el desarrollo de los niños.
