In Banon hebt die umweltfreundliche Schokoladenfabrik aus Holzgerüst mit begrüntem Dach und Sonnenkollektoren den Vorhang für ihre Kupferturbinen, Schokoladengießer und Beschichtungslinien. Ausnahmsweise laden die Konditoren die Neugierigen in ihre Werkstatt ein und begleiten jeden Besucher bei der Herstellung von Schokolade, Aufstrichpasten und gehärtetem Trockenobst. Das Obergeschoss beherbergt eine Fotoausstellung von François-Xavier Emery, die den bemerkenswerten Bäumen der Haute-Provence gewidmet ist und somit dem zweiten Thema der JEP 2026 entspricht: dem Erbe der Fotografie.

In Banon, the eco-built wood frame chocolate factory with green roof and solar panels raises the curtain on its copper turbines, chocolate melters and coating lines. Exceptionally, the confectioners invite the curious to enter their workshop and guide each visitor in the manufacture of chocolates, spreads and coated dried fruits. The floor hosts a photographic exhibition by François-Xavier Emery dedicated to the remarkable trees of Haute-Provence, thus echoing the second theme of JEP 2026, the heritage of photography.

A Banon, la cioccolateria eco-costruita in legno con tetto verde e pannelli solari alza il sipario sulle sue turbine in rame, fonderie di cioccolato e linee di rivestimento. Eccezionalmente, i pasticceri invitano i curiosi a entrare nel loro laboratorio e guidano ogni visitatore nella fabbricazione dei cioccolatini, della pasta da spalmare e della frutta secca rivestita. Il piano ospita una mostra fotografica di François-Xavier Emery dedicata agli alberi notevoli della Haute-Provence, facendo così eco al secondo tema dei JEP 2026, il patrimonio della fotografia.

En Banon, la chocolatería eco-construida en estructura de madera con techo vegetal y paneles solares levanta el telón sobre sus turbinas de cobre, funderos de chocolate y líneas de recubrimiento. Excepcionalmente, los confiteros invitan a los curiosos a entrar en su taller y guían a cada visitante en la fabricación de chocolates, pastas para untar y frutas secas recubiertas. El piso acoge una exposición fotográfica de François-Xavier Emery dedicada a los árboles notables de la Alta Provenza, haciendo así eco del segundo tema de las JEP 2026, el patrimonio de la fotografía.
