Eric Bourret bietet den Türmen und Mauern von Aigues-Mortes 12 monumentale Installationen. Der Besucher nimmt das Werk des Künstlers nach und nach auf einer langsamen und poetischen Reise wahr, deren Entdeckungsreise vom Spaziergang begleitet wird.
Die ursprüngliche Szenografie wurde vom Künstler entworfen. Sie setzt die mittelalterliche Architektur und die Bilder in Spannung, die immer monumental sind, hängen, liegen und liegen. Die Werke von Eric Bourret erzählen die Natur von hier und anderswo, eröffnen Einblicke in die umliegende Landschaft, überraschen... Aber es ist vor allem die tiefe plastische Schönheit und Emotion, die uns ergreift.
Das Meer und das Wasser - in unmittelbarer Resonanz mit der Geschichte von Aigues-Mortes und seiner Lagune am Mittelmeer - sind der rote Faden der Expo-Promenade und enthüllen gleichzeitig die Kraft des erzählerischen Momentes in den Serien «NO LIMIT» oder «ZERO L'INFINI» oder die lyrische Abstraktion eines Materials, das den Besucher in der Serie «PERPETUUM MOBILE» oder «KOSMOS» befragt. Weiter werden Sie in die vibrierenden Partitionen der Serien «PRIMARY FOREST» oder «ARBOS» eintauchen. Schließlich lässt Eric Bourret seinen Blick auf die Camargue in den Fotografien teilen, die während seiner Residenz im Januar 2023 in diesem flachen und horizontalen Gebiet gemacht wurden, das so weit von den Himalaya-Bergen entfernt ist.

The original scenography is designed by the artist. It puts in tension medieval architecture and images posed, suspended, laid, and always monumental. Eric Bourret’s works tell the story of nature from here and abroad, open up perspectives on the surrounding landscape, surprise… But it is above all the deep plastic beauty and emotion that capture us.
The sea and the water - in immediate resonance with the history of Aigues-Mortes and its lagoon bordering the Mediterranean - constitute the main thread of the expo-promenade, revealing both the power of the narrative snapshot in the series «NO LIMIT» or «ZERO L'INFINI» or the lyrical abstraction of a material that questions the visitor in the series «PERPETUUM MOBILE» or «KOSMOS». Further on, you will be immersed in the vibrating scores of the «PRIMARY FOREST» or «ARBOS» series. Finally, Eric Bourret shares with us his view of the Camargue, in the photographs taken during his residency in January 2023, on this flat and horizontal territory, so far from the Himalayan mountains.

Eric Bourret propone alle torri e alle mura di Aigues-Mortes 12 installazioni monumentali. Il visitatore si appropria a poco a poco dell'opera dell'artista, nel corso di un viaggio lento e poetico, la cui marcia scandisce la scoperta.
La scenografia originale è progettata dall'artista. Mette in tensione l'architettura medievale e le immagini posate, sospese, distese e sempre monumentali. Le opere di Eric Bourret raccontano la natura da qui e altrove, aprono prospettive sul paesaggio circostante, sorprendono... Ma è soprattutto la profonda bellezza plastica e l'emozione che ci afferrano.
Il mare e l'acqua - in immediata risonanza con la storia di Aigues-Mortes e la sua laguna che costeggia il Mediterraneo - costituiscono il filo conduttore dell'expo-passeggiata, svelando al tempo stesso la potenza dell'istantanea narrativa nelle serie «NO LIMIT» o «ZERO L'INFINITO» o l'astrazione lirica di una materia che interroga il visitatore nella serie «PERPETUUM MOBILE» o «KOSMOS». Più ulteriormente, sarete immersi nelle partiture vibranti delle serie «PRIMARY FOREST» o «ARBOS». Infine, Eric Bourret ci fa condividere il suo sguardo sulla Camargue, nelle fotografie scattate durante la sua residenza nel gennaio 2023, su questo territorio piatto e orizzontale, così lontano dalle montagne himalayane.

Las obras de Eric Bourret cuentan la naturaleza de aquí y de allá, abren perspectivas sobre el paisaje circundante, sorprenden... Pero es sobre todo la profunda belleza plástica y la emoción lo que nos atrapa.

Por último, Eric Bourret nos hace compartir su mirada sobre la Camarga, en las fotografías realizadas durante su residencia en enero de 2023, en este territorio plano y horizontal, tan alejado de las montañas del Himalaya.
