Seit 2014 hat die Stadt Carpentras die Bauarbeiten für das Hôtel-Dieu in Angriff genommen. Parallel dazu wird eine große Baustelle der Sammlungen eingerichtet, um die geplanten Werke in einer Dauerausstellung zu restaurieren und die bibliographischen Sammlungen in ihre neue Schatzkammer zu überführen.
