Fünf Musiker des Orchestre Régional de Normandie präsentieren das normannische Erbe in einem romantischen Konzert: Sie spielen Werke von Schubert und Hummel.

Das Orchestre Régional de Normandie vereint für dieses Programm eine originelle chambriste Formation mit einer Violine, einer Bratsche, einem Cello, einem Kontrabass und einem Klavier. Auf dem Programm dieses Konzerts steht ein Denkmal des klassischen Repertoires für diese Formation: das Quintett «Die Forelle» von Franz Schubert, adaptiert von einem seiner Lieder, Die Forelle (Die Foreite), komponiert nach einem Gedicht von Christian Friedrich Daniel Schubart. Schubert wird nie den großen Erfolg seines Stücks erleben, da es ein Jahr nach seinem Tod veröffentlicht wird. Das Quintett besteht aus fünf Sätzen, darunter ein besonders origineller vierter, der das Werk so berühmt gemacht hat, bestehend aus einem Thema und fünf Variationen nach Die Forelle. Johann Nepomuk Hummel, Zeitgenosse von Schubert, gilt als einer der besten Pianisten seiner Zeit. Er komponierte hauptsächlich Klavierstücke und seine Musik war eine Verbindung zwischen Klassizismus und Romantik. Auch wenn er heute weniger bekannt ist, hat er andere brillante Musiker und Komponisten wie Franz Liszt, Robert Schumann oder Frédéric Chopin inspiriert und beeinflusst. Sein Es-Dur-Quintett Opus 87 gilt jedoch als das «Meisterwerk», in dem Hummel Glanz, Kraft und Leidenschaft entfaltet.

The Orchestre Régional de Normandie brings together for this program an original chamber orchestra with a violin, a viola, a cello, a double bass and a piano. On the program of this concert, a monument of the classical repertoire for this formation: the quintet called «La Truite» by Franz Schubert, adapted from one of his lieder, Die Forelle (La Truite), composed on a poem by Christian Friedrich Daniel Schubart. Schubert never achieved the great success of his play, since it was published a year after his death. The quintet consists of five movements including a particularly original fourth that made the work so famous, consisting of a theme and five variations after Die Forelle. Contemporary of Schubert, Johann Nepomuk Hummel is considered one of the best pianists of his time. He composed mainly pieces for piano and his music marks a junction between classicism and romanticism. Although he is less known today, he has nonetheless inspired and influenced other brilliant musicians and composers such as Franz Liszt, Robert Schumann and Frédéric Chopin. His quintet in E flat opus 87 is however considered the «masterpiece» in which Hummel displays brilliance, power and passion.

Schubert non conobbe mai il vivo successo della sua commedia, poiché fu pubblicata un anno dopo la sua morte. Il quintetto è composto da cinque movimenti, di cui un quarto particolarmente originale che ha reso l'opera così famosa, costituito da un tema e cinque variazioni secondo Die Forelle. Contemporaneo di Schubert, Johann Nepomuk Hummel è considerato uno dei migliori pianisti del suo tempo. Compone principalmente pezzi per pianoforte e la sua musica segna una giunzione tra classicismo e romanticismo. Oggi è meno conosciuto, ma ha ispirato e influenzato altri brillanti musicisti e compositori come Franz Liszt, Robert Schumann o Frédéric Chopin. Au programme de ce concert, un monument du répertoire classique pour cette formation : le quintette dit « La Truite » de Franz Schubert, adapté d'un de ses lieder, Die Forelle (La Truite), composé sur un poème de Christian Friedrich Daniel Schubart. Schubert ne connaîtra jamais le vif succès remporté par sa pièce puisqu’elle est publiée un an après sa mort. Le quintette se compose de cinq mouvements dont un quatrième particulièrement original qui a rendu l'œuvre si célèbre, constitué d’un thème et de cinq variations d’après Die Forelle.
Contemporain de Schubert, Johann Nepomuk Hummel est considéré comme l’un des meilleurs pianistes de son temps. Il compose essentiellement des pièces pour piano et sa musique marque une jonction entre classicisme et romantisme. S’il est aujourd’hui moins connu, il n’en a pas moins inspiré et influencé d’autres brillants musiciens et compositeurs tels que Franz Liszt, Robert Schumann ou Frédéric Chopin.
