Im Rahmen des Engagements zur Verbesserung der Lebensbedingungen der Bahnanwohner wurde im Bereich Paul Eluard in Saint-Denis ein Lärmschutzprojekt durchgeführt, das als «schwarzer Punkt Lärm» identifiziert wurde.
Das Projekt begann 2019, die Arbeiten an der Akustikwand fanden 2021 statt und die Landschaftsgestaltung wird im Herbst 2022 abgeschlossen sein. Das Projekt wurde vom Staat, der Region Île-de-France und der Metropole Grand Paris unterstützt.
Die vorgeschlagene Landschaftsgestaltung basiert im Wesentlichen auf der Verdichtung der Wald- und Strauchschicht, um einen ruhigen, bewaldeten Horizont für die Anwohner zu schaffen, der die Eisenbahninfrastruktur entfernt.
Das Ziel des Projekts ist es auch, dem Standort eine landschaftliche Identität zu verleihen, indem verschiedene Stimmungen und neue Nutzungen (Kinderspiele, Fitnessbereich, Spaziergänge) geschaffen werden.
Schließlich wurde die Pflanzenpalette im Sinne einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung so gewählt, dass sie ästhetisch ansprechend, sparsam (in Wasser und Pflege) ist und Umgebungen schafft, die die Biodiversität fördern (Obstbäume und -sträucher, Honigblumen ...).
Diese verschiedenen Baumarten mit unterschiedlichen Formen, Höhen und ästhetischem Interesse werden besondere Stimmungen schaffen und Schatten spenden. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden insgesamt 93 Bäume gepflanzt.

As part of the commitment to improve the living conditions of local railway residents, an anti-noise project was carried out in the Paul Eluard sector in Saint-Denis, identified as a “noise black spot”.
The project began in 2019, work on the acoustic wall took place in 2021, and landscaping will be completed in fall 2022. The project was supported by the State, the Île-de-France Region and the Greater Paris metropolis.
The proposed landscaping is essentially based on the densification of the tree and shrub stratum in order to create a wooded and soothed horizon for the residents, putting at a distance the railway infrastructure.
The objective of the project is also to give a landscape identity to the site, creating different atmospheres and new uses (games for children, fitness area, walks).
Finally, in a sustainable development approach, the plant palette was chosen in order to combine aesthetics, frugality (in terms of water and maintenance) and the establishment of environments conducive to biodiversity (fruit trees and shrubs, honey flowers, etc.).
These different tree species, of different shapes, heights and aesthetic interest, will create special atmospheres and bring shade. A total of 93 trees will be planted as part of the project.

Nell'ambito dell'impegno a migliorare le condizioni di vita dei residenti delle ferrovie, è stato realizzato un progetto anti-rumore nel settore Paul Eluard a Saint-Denis, identificato come «punto nero rumore».
Il progetto è iniziato nel 2019, i lavori del muro acustico sono stati eseguiti nel 2021 e la progettazione del paesaggio terminerà nell'autunno 2022. Il progetto è stato sostenuto dallo Stato, dalla Regione Île-de-France e dalla metropoli della Grande Parigi.
La progettazione paesaggistica proposta si basa essenzialmente sulla densificazione dello strato arboreo e arbustivo per creare un orizzonte alberato e calmo per i residenti, mettendo a distanza l'infrastruttura ferroviaria.
L'obiettivo del progetto è anche quello di dare un'identità paesaggistica al sito, creando diversi ambienti e nuovi usi (giochi per bambini, area fitness, passeggiate).
Infine, in un approccio di sviluppo sostenibile la tavolozza vegetale è stata scelta in modo da unire estetica, frugalità (in acqua e manutenzione) e creazione di ambienti favorevoli alla biodiversità (alberi e arbusti da frutto, fiori melliferi ...).
Queste diverse essenze di alberi, di forme, altezze e di diverso interesse estetico, creeranno atmosfere particolari e porteranno ombra. Nell'ambito del progetto saranno piantati complessivamente 93 alberi .

Dans le cadre de l’engagement à améliorer les conditions de vie des riverains des voies ferrées, un projet anti-bruit a été mené dans le secteur Paul Eluard à Saint-Denis, identifié comme «point noir bruit».
Le projet a débuté en 2019, les travaux du mur acoustique ont eu lieu en 2021, et l’aménagement paysager prendront fin à l’automne 2022. Le projet a été soutenu par L’État, la Région Île-de-France et la métropole du Grand Paris.
L’aménagement paysager proposé est essentiellement basé sur la densification de la strate arborée et arbustive afin de créer un horizon arboré et apaisé pour les riverains, mettant à distance l’infrastructure ferroviaire.
L’objectif du projet est également de donner une identité paysagère au site, en créant différentes ambiances et des usages nouveaux (jeux pour enfants, espace de fitness, promenades).
Enfin, dans une démarche de développement durable la palette végétale a été choisie de manière à allier esthétisme, frugalité (en eau et en entretien) et de mise en place de milieux favorables à la biodiversité (arbres et arbustes à fruits, fleurs mellifères ...).
Ces différentes essences d’arbres, de formes, hauteurs et d’intérêt esthétiques différents, viendront créer des ambiances particulières et apporter de l’ombre. Au total, 93 arbres seront plantés dans le cadre du projet .

En el marco del compromiso de mejorar las condiciones de vida de los habitantes de las vías férreas, se ha llevado a cabo un proyecto anti-ruido en el sector Paul Eluard de Saint-Denis, identificado como «punto negro ruido».
El proyecto comenzó en 2019, las obras del muro acústico se llevaron a cabo en 2021, y el paisajismo terminará en el otoño de 2022. El proyecto contó con el apoyo de L'Etat, la región Île-de-France y la metrópoli del Gran París.
El paisajismo propuesto se basa esencialmente en la densificación del estrato arbóreo y arbustivo con el fin de crear un horizonte arbolado y apaciguado para los vecinos, poniendo a distancia la infraestructura ferroviaria.
El objetivo del proyecto es también dar una identidad paisajística al sitio, creando diferentes ambientes y nuevos usos (juegos para niños, espacio de fitness, paseos).
Por último, en un planteamiento de desarrollo sostenible, la paleta vegetal se ha elegido de manera que combine estética, frugalidad (en agua y en mantenimiento) y establecimiento de medios favorables a la biodiversidad (árboles y arbustos de frutas, flores melíferas...).
Estas diferentes especies de árboles, de formas, alturas e intereses estéticos diferentes, vendrán a crear ambientes particulares y traer sombra. En total, se plantarán 93 árboles en el marco del proyecto .
