Diese Installation stellt einen traditionellen japanischen Raum wieder her, der von den Inszenierungen von Museen und historischen Stätten sowie von Theatern und Filmen inspiriert ist. Getragen von feinen Holzrahmen besteht jedes Element aus japanischem Papier (Washi), das nach traditionellen Techniken verarbeitet wird. Ein Teil ihrer Erfahrung in Japan ist in diesen dünnen und zerbrechlichen Objekten zu finden: Tetra Pak-Verpackungen, Kleidung, Trennwände, von der japanischen Außenseite inspirierte Muster.

This installation recreates a traditional Japanese space, inspired by the staging of museums and heritage sites, as well as theatres and films. Carried by thin wooden frames, each element is composed of Japanese paper (washi), processed according to traditional techniques. Part of their experience in Japan is found in these fine and fragile objects: Tetra Pak packaging, clothing, partitions, motifs inspired by the Japanese exterior.

L'installazione ricrea uno spazio tradizionale giapponese, ispirato alle messe in scena di musei e siti del patrimonio, oltre a teatri e film. Indossato da sottili armature di legno, ogni elemento è composto da carta giapponese (washi), lavorato secondo tecniche tradizionali. Parte della loro esperienza in Giappone si ritrova in questi oggetti sottili e fragili: imballaggi Tetra Pak, abbigliamento, partizioni, motivi ispirati all'esterno giapponese.

Porté par de fines armatures de bois, chaque élément est composé de papier japonais (washi), transformé selon des techniques traditionnelles. Une partie de leur expérience au Japon se retrouve dans ces objets fins et fragiles : emballages Tetra Pak, vêtement, cloisons, motifs inspirés de l’extérieur japonais.

Esta instalación reconstruye un espacio tradicional japonés, inspirado por las escenificaciones de museos y sitios patrimoniales, así como las de teatros y películas. Llevado por finas armaduras de madera, cada elemento está hecho de papel japonés (washi), transformado según técnicas tradicionales. Parte de su experiencia en Japón se encuentra en estos objetos delgados y frágiles: envases de Tetra Pak, prendas de vestir, tabiques, diseños inspirados en el exterior japonés.
