Seit 1987 begrüßt das Crédac aufstrebende oder etablierte Künstler aus Frankreich oder dem Ausland, die von der Vielfalt der heutigen Praktiken zeugen. Seit 2011 befindet sich das Kunstzentrum auf der obersten Etage des amerikanischen Gebäudes der Manufaktur der Nelken. Dieses Juwel des industriellen Erbes, das 1913 nach dem Vorbild der Daylight Factory aus Glas und Stahl erbaut wurde, ist eine der ersten Manifestationen des Funktionalismus in Frankreich. La Fugitive ist der Titel, den Marcel Proust dem 6. Band von Auf der Suche nach verlorener Zeit gibt. Die kollektive Ausstellung im Crédac gibt der Figur Albertine Gestalt und wird als ein Weg vom häuslichen Raum des Mädchens zu den realen und phantasierten Umgebungen gebaut, die sich im Buch dem Erzähler entziehen.

Since 1987, the Crédac has welcomed emerging and established French and foreign artists who reflect the diversity of current practices. Since 2011, the art center is located on the top floor of the American building of the Manufacture des Œillets. This jewel of industrial heritage built in 1913 on the model of the Daylight Factory, in glass and steel, is one of the first manifestations of functionalism in France. The Fugitive is the title that Marcel Proust gives to the sixth volume of In Search of Lost Time. The collective exhibition at the Crédac gives body to the character of Albertine and is constructed as a journey from the domestic space of the girl to the real and fantasized environments that in the book are hidden from the eyes of the narrator.

Dal 2011, il centro d'arte si trova all'ultimo piano dell'edificio americano della Manifattura dei Garofani. Questo gioiello del patrimonio industriale costruito nel 1913 sul modello della Daylight Factory, in vetro e acciaio, è una delle prime manifestazioni del funzionalismo in Francia. La Fugitive è il titolo che Marcel Proust dà al VI tomo di Alla ricerca del tempo perduto. La mostra collettiva al Crédac dà corpo al personaggio di Albertine e si costruisce come un percorso che va dallo spazio domestico della ragazza agli ambienti reali e fantasiosi che nel libro si sottrae allo sguardo del narratore.

Depuis 2011, le centre d’art est situé au dernier étage du bâtiment américain de la Manufacture des Œillets. Ce joyau du patrimoine industriel construit en 1913 sur le modèle de la Daylight Factory, en verre et en acier, est l’une des premières manifestations du fonctionnalisme en France.
La Fugitive est le titre que Marcel Proust donne au VIe tome de À la recherche du temps perdu. L’exposition collective au Crédac donne corps au personnage d’Albertine et se construit comme un parcours allant de l’espace domestique de la jeune fille aux milieux réels et fantasmés qui dans le livre se dérobent au regard du narrateur.
