🎤The Rotary Club of Lille, through its Environment Commission, is organizing an exceptional conference dedicated to the impact of plastic on our health, our environment and our climate future.
For this meeting, we will have the pleasure to welcome Philippe Bolo, Deputy of Maine-et-Loire, member of the Committee on Economic Affairs and of the Parliamentary Office for the Evaluation of Scientific and Technical Choices (OPECST). Very committed to the fight against plastic pollution, he has been conducting extensive parliamentary work on this issue for several years.
Why this conference?
Plastic is now omnipresent and indispensable in many everyday uses. Yet its environmental, health and climate consequences remain largely unknown.
The objective of this conference: better understand to better act, by giving everyone keys for reflection and action.

🎤Le Rotary Club de Lille, par l’intermédiaire de sa Commission Environnement, organise une conférence exceptionnelle consacrée à l’impact du plastique sur notre santé, notre environnement et notre avenir climatique.
Pour cette rencontre, nous aurons le plaisir d’accueillir Philippe Bolo , Député de Maine-et-Loire, membre de la Commission des Affaires Économiques et de l’Office Parlementaire d’Évaluation des Choix Scientifiques et Techniques (OPECST). Très engagé sur la lutte contre la pollution plastique, il mène depuis plusieurs années un travail parlementaire approfondi sur cette problématique.
Pourquoi cette conférence ?
Le plastique est aujourd’hui omniprésent et indispensable dans de nombreux usages du quotidien. Pourtant, ses conséquences environnementales, sanitaires et climatiques restent encore largement méconnues.
L’objectif de cette conférence : mieux comprendre pour mieux agir, en donnant à chacun des clés de réflexion et d’action.

🎤de Rotary Club van Lille organiseert via haar Milieucommissie een uitzonderlijke conferentie gewijd aan de impact van plastic op onze gezondheid, ons milieu en onze klimaattoekomst.
Voor deze bijeenkomst hebben wij het genoegen Philippe Bolo, plaatsvervangend lid van Maine-et-Loire, lid van de Commissie economische zaken en van het Parlementair Bureau voor de evaluatie van wetenschappelijke en technische keuzes (OPECST), te verwelkomen. Hij heeft zich zeer ingezet voor de bestrijding van kunststofvervuiling en voert al enkele jaren uitgebreid parlementair werk aan deze kwestie uit.
Waarom deze conferentie?
Plastic is nu alomtegenwoordig en onmisbaar bij veel alledaagse toepassingen. Toch zijn de gevolgen voor het milieu, de gezondheid en het klimaat grotendeels onbekend.
De doelstelling van deze conferentie: Beter begrijpen om beter te kunnen handelen, door iedereen sleutels te geven voor bezinning en actie.
