Nach dem ersten Teil der Saison 2023, bei dem die Villa Perrotte "Vom Keller zum Dachboden" und anlässlich des 100. Jahrestages der Internationalen Ausstellung für dekorative und industrielle Künste wird Teil 2 mit folgendem Titel "Im Herzen der Baustelle".
Die Besucher haben die Möglichkeit, während einer Besichtigung 45 min von Zeit für eine Pause in diesem außergewöhnlichen Renovierungsprojekt Initiiert von einem Ehepaar und unterstützt durch die Regionaldirektion für kulturelle Angelegenheiten und die Stadt Dieppe.
Es wird ein Stand der Arbeiten vor Ort, aber auch durch die Pläne, Archive, Fotografien und das Zeugnis seiner Eigentümer und Baumeister, Anekdoten von der Baustelle, Schwierigkeiten, zufällige Entdeckungen, Wahl der Materialien und Renovierungsverfahren ...
Die Besichtigung beginnt an der straßenseitigen Fassade, folgt dem Inneren der Villa mit verschiedenen sicheren und abgegrenzten Besuchspunkten für die Öffentlichkeit und schließlich dem Garten, um einen anderen Aspekt der Villa Perrotte zu beobachten

I visitatori avranno l'opportunità di visita di 45 min di trascorrere un momento nel cuore di questo cantiere di ristrutturazione fuori dagli standard Avviato da una coppia di privati e sostenuto dalla Direzione regionale degli affari culturali e la città di Dieppe.
Sarà presentato un punto in data di avanzamento dei lavori sul sito, ma anche attraverso i piani, archivi, fotografie e la testimonianza dei suoi proprietari e maestri d'opera, aneddoti del cantiere, le difficoltà incontrate, scoperte fortuite, la scelta dei materiali e delle tecniche di ristrutturazione ...
La visita inizierà dalla facciata lato strada, seguirà l'interno della Villa con diversi punti di visita sicuri e delimitati per il pubblico e infine il giardino per osservare un altro aspetto della Villa Perrotte

Après le volet 1 de la saison 2023 consacré à une visite inédite de la Villa Perrotte "De la cave au grenier" et à l'occasion du centenaire de l'Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels, voici le volet 2 intitulé "Au coeur du chantier".
Les visiteurs auront l'occasion le temps d'une visite de 45 min de passer un moment au coeur de ce chantier de rénovation hors normes initié par un couple de particuliers et soutenu par la Direction Régionale des Affaires Culturelles et la Ville de Dieppe.
Il sera présenté un point à date de l'avancement des travaux sur site mais également à travers les plans, archives, photographies et le témoignage de ses propriétaires et maitres d'oeuvre, les anecdotes du chantier, les difficultés rencontrées, les découvertes fortuites, les choix des matériaux et techniques de rénovation ...
La visite démarrera par la facade coté rue, suivra l'intérieur de la Villa avec différents points de visite sécurisés et délimités pour le public et enfin le jardin pour observer un autre aspect de la Villa Perrotte

Los visitantes tendrán la oportunidad de una visita de 45 min de pasar un momento en el corazón de este sitio de renovación fuera de lo común Iniciado por una pareja de particulares y apoyado por la Dirección Regional de Asuntos Culturales y la Ciudad de Dieppe.
Se presentará un punto de fecha del progreso de los trabajos en el sitio, pero también a través de los planos, archivos, fotografías y el testimonio de sus propietarios y maestros de obra, anécdotas del sitio, dificultades encontradas, descubrimientos fortuitos, la elección de los materiales y las técnicas de renovación ...
La visita comenzará por la fachada de la calle, seguirá el interior de la villa con diferentes puntos de visita seguros y delimitados para el público y, finalmente, el jardín para observar otro aspecto de la Villa Perrotte
