GOSPEL SOLEIL ist ein Pianist und eine Handvoll Sängerinnen, die sich um Bissa (Chorleiterin) in einer kommunikativen Energie versammelt haben. Das Repertoire bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf die unverzichtbaren Standards des englischsprachigen Gospels (Down by the riverside, Oh when the Saints, Happy day...), aber auch auf das afrikanische Repertoire (Muaribaba, Zambeu ma atat, Ozali Zambe...). Die Gelegenheit, auch Autoren zu entdecken, die der breiten Öffentlichkeit nicht unbedingt bekannt sind, wie Yolanda Adams oder Donnie McClurkin.

The repertoire draws mainly on the essential standards of English gospel (Down by the riverside, Oh when the Saints, Happy day...), but also in the African repertoire (Muaribaba, Zambeu ma atat, Ozali Zambe...).
