Auf der ersten Etage des Karmel entdecken Sie wunderschöne liturgische Gewänder in der Ausstellung "Der Faden des Heiligen".
Der Parcours wählt die Einfachheit: ein Stück, ein Kleidungsstück. In der Enge der alten Zellen des Karmel erweisen sich Schilde und Hüllen anders: nicht mehr nur als getragene Kleidung, sondern als eine Präsenz und ein Volumen voller Geschichte und Symbole.
Schon sehr früh hat die Kirche das höchste handwerkliche Können der Handwerker, Maler, Stickerinnen, Goldschmiede und Weber in Anspruch genommen. Diese Verbindung zwischen Kleidung, Autorität und Repräsentation durchzieht auch weiterhin die zeitgenössische Mode.

On the first floor of the Carmel, discover magnificent liturgical vestments in the exhibition "Le Fil du sacré".
The course makes the choice of simplicity: a piece, a garment. In the narrowness of the former cells of the Carmel, chapes and chasubles are revealed differently: not only as worn clothes, but as a presence and volume full of history and symbols.
Very early on, the Church appealed to the most demanding know-how of craftsmen, painters, embroiderers, goldsmiths and weavers. This link between clothing, authority and representation continues to permeate contemporary fashion.

Il percorso sceglie la semplicità: un pezzo, un indumento. Nella ristrettezza delle antiche celle del Carmelo, cappe e cassoni si rivelano in modo diverso: non più solo come abiti indossati, ma come una presenza e un volume carichi di storia e di simboli.
Molto presto, la Chiesa ha fatto appello al know-how più esigente degli artigiani, pittori, ricamatori, orafi e tessitori. Questo legame tra abbigliamento, autorità e rappresentazione continua ad attraversare la moda contemporanea.

Au premier étage du Carmel, découvrez de magnifiques vêtements liturgiques dans l’exposition « Le Fil du sacré ».
Le parcours fait le choix de la simplicité : une pièce, un vêtement. Dans l’étroitesse des anciennes cellules du Carmel, chapes et chasubles se révèlent autrement : non plus seulement comme des vêtements portés, mais comme une présence et un volume chargés d’histoire et de symboles.
Très tôt, l’Église a fait appel au savoir-faire le plus exigeant des artisans, peintres, brodeurs, orfèvres et tisserands. Ce lien entre vêtement, autorité et représentation continue d’ailleurs de traverser la mode contemporaine.

En el primer piso del Carmelo, descubran magníficos vestidos litúrgicos en la exposición "El Hilo del sagrado".
El recorrido elige la simplicidad: una pieza, un vestido. En la estrechez de las antiguas celdas del Carmelo, los chapas y chasubles se revelan de manera diferente: ya no son solo ropas usadas, sino una presencia y un volumen cargados de historia y símbolos.
Desde muy temprano, la Iglesia apeló al saber hacer más exigente de los artesanos, pintores, bordadores, orfebres y tejedores. Este vínculo entre vestimenta, autoridad y representación sigue atravesando la moda contemporánea.
