Eine große Baustelle hat im Haus von Jacques Copeau begonnen. Achtzehn Monate Bauzeit, dreizehn lokale Unternehmen, werden ihm eine lang gereifte und dringende Auffrischung bieten. Es geht nicht nur darum, ein altes und zerbrechliches Haus zu reparieren, das reich an einer Vergangenheit ist, die die Geschichte des Theaters und der Burgund geprägt hat; Es geht auch darum, die notwendigen Umgestaltungen vorzunehmen, um es zum Haus der Zukunft zu machen, zum Ort der Anfänge, zu denen sie sich verpflichtet, für die Künstler zu werden, die sie das ganze Jahr über empfängt.
Das von Forall Studio entworfene Projekt erfüllt diese Anforderungen: eine Brücke zwischen den Epochen, zwischen den Generationen, die dieses Haus bewohnten, die Umweltthemen mit vollem Einsatz angehen und gleichzeitig den Ort einladender, kreativer und zugänglicher machen.

A major project has started at the Jacques Copeau house. Eighteen months of work, thirteen local companies will offer him a rejuvenation that has long matured and become urgent. It is not just a matter of repairing an old and fragile house rich in history that has marked the history of theater and that of Burgundy; It is also a matter of making the necessary transformations to make it the house of the future, the place of beginnings that she strives to become for the artists she welcomes throughout the year.
The project designed by Forall Studio meets these requirements: to bridge the eras, between the generations who have lived in this house, to take up environmental issues while making the place more welcoming, conducive to creation and accessible.

Un grande cantiere è iniziato alla casa di Jacques Copeau. Diciotto mesi di lavori, tredici imprese locali, le offriranno una cura per la giovinezza a lungo maturata e diventata urgente. Non si tratta solo di riparare una vecchia e fragile casa ricca di un passato che ha segnato la storia del teatro e quella della Borgogna; Si tratta anche di realizzare le trasformazioni necessarie per farne la casa del futuro, il luogo dei inizi che essa si ingaggia a diventare per gli artisti che accoglie durante tutto l'anno.
Il progetto ideato da Forall Studio risponde a queste esigenze: fare il ponte tra le epoche, tra le generazioni che hanno abitato questa casa, prendere con mano le sfide ambientali e rendere il luogo più accogliente, favorevole alla creazione e accessibile.

Un grand chantier a démarré à la maison Jacques Copeau. Dix-huit mois de travaux, treize entreprises locales, vont lui offrir une cure de jouvence longuement mûrie et devenue urgente. Il ne s’agit pas seulement de réparer une vieille et fragile maison riche d’un passé qui a marqué l’histoire du théâtre et celle de la Bourgogne ; il s’agit aussi de réaliser les transformations nécessaires pour en faire la maison de l’avenir, le lieu des commencements qu’elle s’ingénie à devenir pour les artistes qu’elle accueille tout au long de l’année.
Le projet conçu par Forall Studio répond à ces exigences : faire le pont entre les époques, entre les générations qui ont habité cette maison, prendre à bras le corps les enjeux environnementaux tout en rendant le lieu plus accueillant, propice à la création et accessible.

Una gran obra ha comenzado en la casa de Jacques Copeau. Dieciocho meses de obras, trece empresas locales, le ofrecerán una cura de modernización largamente madurada y que se ha vuelto urgente. No se trata sólo de reparar una vieja y frágil casa rica en un pasado que ha marcado la historia del teatro y la de Borgoña; Se trata también de realizar las transformaciones necesarias para convertirlo en la casa del futuro, el lugar de los comienzos que pretende convertir para los artistas que acoge a lo largo del año.
El proyecto diseñado por Forall Studio responde a estas exigencias: hacer de puente entre las épocas, entre las generaciones que vivieron en esta casa, tomar con mano los desafíos ambientales y al mismo tiempo hacer que el lugar sea más acogedor, propicio para la creación y accesible.
Acompañados del arquitecto Hugo Crespy y del director de la casa, Jacques Copeau, Ivan Grinberg, entrarán tras bambalinas en una obra de envergadura, con múltiples retos.
