Sich in der Natur verwurzeln
Noch immer nicht da & mit der Natur zurechtgekommen
Ein biografischer Dokumentarfilm von Kimmo Koskela, der Videos von Arno Rafael Minkkinen und eine Diashow von Minkkinen enthält, die fünf Jahrzehnte seiner Arbeit nachzeichnet.
Wenn man wie der Philosoph Gaston Bachelard annimmt, dass «Die Vorstellungskraft (...) ist die Fähigkeit, Bilder zu bilden, die über die Realität hinausgehen, die die Realität singen. Sie ist eine Fähigkeit der Übermenschlichkeit. Ein Mann ist ein Mann in dem Maße, wie er ein Übermensch ist. Man muss einen Menschen durch die Gesamtheit der Tendenzen definieren, die ihn dazu bringen, die menschliche Stellung zu überwinden.", dann entspricht Arno Rafael Minkkinen seiner Definition des Menschen.
Der Film Still Not There, der 1996 in der Nationalbibliothek in Anwesenheit der Künstler und von Michel Tournier uraufgeführt wurde, erzählt in einem sehr einzigartigen Stil die Geschichte von Arno Rafael Minkkinen und seinen fotografischen Weg.
Während der Vorführung der Diashow "Standing with Nature", die fünf Jahrzehnte Selbstporträts zeigt, werden Arno Rafael Minkkinen und/oder Nathalie Casabo Emprin auf den Ursprung ihres Einstiegs in die Fotografie zurückblicken und wie dieser es ihr ermöglicht hat, ihre Behinderung zu überwinden und daraus ein Werk zu machen.
Zwischen Mai und September 2027 sind drei Abende geplant. Eine in der Kapelle Sainte-Marie mit einer Tanzaufführung der Kompanie La Baraka, die andere im Haus für Musik und Amateurpraktiken (im Gebäude C. Cance) und eine dritte im Museum du Car in Vanosc.

Still Not There & Standing with Nature
A biographical documentary film by Kimmo Koskela, including videos by Arno Rafael Minkkinen and a slideshow by Minkkinen retracing five decades of work.
If we consider, like the philosopher Gaston Bachelard that "Imagination (...) is the faculty of forming images that surpass reality, that sing of reality. It is a faculty of superhumanity. A man is a man in the proportion that he is a superman. We must define a man by the set of tendencies that push him to surpass the human condition.”, then Arno Rafael Minkkinen fits his definition of man.
The film Still Not There, premiered at the Bibliothèque Nationale in 1996 in the presence of the artists and Michel Tournier, tells in a very singular style the story of Arno Rafael Minkkinen and his journey into photography.
During the screening of the slideshow "Standing with Nature" which retraces five self-portraits, Arno Rafael Minkkinen and/or Nathalie Casabo Emprin will look back at the origin of his entry into photography and how it allowed him to overcome his disability and make a work.
Three evenings will be scheduled between May and September 2027. One at the Sainte-Marie chapel with a dance performance by the company La Baraka, the other at the Maison de la Musique et des Pratiques Amateurs (in the C.Cance building) and a third at the Musée du Car in Vanosc.

Un documentario biografico di Kimmo Koskela, che include video di Arno Rafael Minkkinen e una presentazione di Minkkinen che ripercorre cinque decenni di lavoro.
Se si considera, come il filosofo Gaston Bachelard che «L'immaginazione (...) è la facoltà di formare immagini che superano la realtà, che cantano la realtà. È una facoltà di superumanità. Un uomo è un uomo nella misura in cui è un superuomo. Si deve definire un uomo dall'insieme delle tendenze che lo spingono a superare la condizione umana», quindi Arno Rafael Minkkinen corrisponde alla sua definizione di uomo.
Il film Still Not There, presentato in anteprima alla Biblioteca Nazionale nel 1996 alla presenza degli artisti e di Michel Tournier, racconta in uno stile molto singolare la storia di Arno Rafael Minkkinen e il suo cammino nella fotografia.
Durante la proiezione della presentazione "Standing with Nature", che ripercorre cinque decenni di autoritratti, Arno Rafael Minkkinen e/o Nathalie Casabo Emprin, torneranno alle origini del suo ingresso nella fotografia e a come questo gli ha permesso di superare il suo handicap e di farne un'opera.
Tre serate saranno programmate tra maggio e settembre 2027. Una nella cappella di Santa Maria con uno spettacolo di danza della compagnia La Baraka, l'altra alla Maison de la Musique et des Pratiques Amateurs (all'interno dell'edificio C. Cance) e una terza al Museo del Car di Vanosc.

Un film documentaire biographique de Kimmo Koskela, incluant des vidéos d'Arno Rafael Minkkinen et un diaporama de Minkkinen retraçant cinq décennies de travail.
Si l’on considère, comme le philosophe Gaston Bachelard que « l’imagination (…) est la faculté de former des images qui dépassent la réalité, qui chantent la réalité. Elle est une faculté de surhumanité. Un homme est un homme dans la proportion où il est un surhomme. On doit définir un homme par l’ensemble des tendances qui le poussent à dépasser l’humaine condition », alors Arno Rafael Minkkinen correspond à sa définition de l’homme.
Le film Still Not There, présenté en avant première à la Bibliothèque Nationale en 1996 en présence des artistes et de Michel Tournier, conte dans un style trés singulier, l'histoire d'Arno Rafael Minkkinen et son chemin en photographie.

La película Still Not There, estrenada en la Biblioteca Nacional en 1996 en presencia de los artistas y de Michel Tournier, cuenta en un estilo muy singular la historia de Arno Rafael Minkkinen y su camino en fotografía.
Durante la proyección del diaporama "Standing with Nature" que retrata cinco décadas de autorretratos, Arno Rafael Minkkinen y/o Nathalie Casabo Emprin, volverán al origen de su entrada en la fotografía y a cómo ésta le permitió superar su discapacidad y convertirlo en una obra.
Se programarán tres veladas entre mayo y septiembre de 2027. Una en la capilla de Santa María con un espectáculo de danza de la compañía La Baraka, otra en la Casa de la Música y las Prácticas Amateurs (dentro del edificio C. Cance) y una tercera en el Museo del Car de Vanosc.
