Reimagining Museums for Climate Action is an AHRC-funded research project and exhibition for COP26 inspiring radical change in museums to address the climate crisis. On International Museum Day, a new website will be launched, featuring a variety of concepts that were submitted in response to an international design and ideas competition launched on International Museum Day 2020. The website aims to give people an online sense of an exhibition which is due to open at Glasgow Science Centre in June 2021, and to resource the museum sector with concepts and ideas on how they can radically accelerate climate action.
