SailGP is the most exciting racing on water and makes its debut on the pristine waters of Lake Geneva from September 21-22, where Swiss precision meets high-octane action in a truly international spectacle.
The high-tech, high-speed action features sailing’s best athletes racing in identical hydrofoiling F50 catamarans, flying at speeds approaching 100 km/h.
With 12 national teams going head-to-head in front of the picturesque backdrop of the world-renowned Mont Blanc, the event will be the home debut for Geneva-born driver Sebastian Schneiter and the Switzerland SailGP Team.
Renowned aprés-ski experience and hospitality brand La Folie Douce joins as the event’s Premium Partner, bringing its signature party atmosphere to the shores of Switzerland's iconic lake.

SailGP, la course à la voile la plus palpitante au monde fait ses débuts très attendus sur le Lac Léman, la rencontre entre la précision Suisse et les hautes vitesses dans un show international.
Les meilleures athlètes de la voile s'affronteront à bord de catamarans monotypes volants à foils (F50), évoluant à des vitesses supérieures à celles du vent pouvant dépasser les 100 km/h.
Avec 12 équipes nationales qui vont se défier dans le cadre pittoresque du célèbre Mont-Blanc, l'événement marquera les débuts à domicile du pilote genevois Sébastien Schneiter et de l'équipe Switzerland SailGP Team.
