In the context of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the first edition of the Month of Physical Activity and Sport, called "Septembre Bouge", will take place throughout France in September 2026.
Objective: take advantage of the start of the school year to make everyone want to (re)take a physical activity and do sports and exercise, in the service of health and well-being.
For nearly a month, the "Septembre Bouge" tour travels through France and stops in 18 cities. Workshops, demonstrations, sports initiations, meetings and exchanges are offered free of charge in dedicated villages.
Meeting at Villeneuve d'Ascq
On Thursday 3 September, a sports and health village will be set up at the Decathlon Arena – Pierre-Mauroy Stadium.
Free and open to all, it will allow you to discover activities, meet local sports and health stakeholders and learn about the benefits of physical activity.
The village will be organized around three spaces:
- Bouge: sports and wellness activities and entertainment offered continuously by the partners;
- Connexions: a space to discover local offers and find a physical activity tailored to your desires near home;
- Awareness: speaking and discussion time around public health issues related to physical activity and sports.
A day to test, discover, exchange... and above all get back on the move!

Dans la dynamique des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de Paris 2024, la première édition du Mois de l’Activité Physique et Sportive, baptisée « Septembre Bouge », se déroule partout en France en septembre 2026.
Objectif : profiter de la rentrée pour donner envie à chacun de (re)prendre une activité physique et faire du sport et du mouvement des réflexes du quotidien, au service de la santé et du bien-être.
Pendant près d’un mois, la tournée « Septembre Bouge » parcourt la France et fait étape dans 18 villes. Ateliers, démonstrations, initiations sportives, rencontres et échanges sont proposés gratuitement au sein de villages dédiés.
Rendez-vous à Villeneuve d’Ascq
Jeudi 3 septembre, un village sport-santé s’installe à la Decathlon Arena – Stade Pierre-Mauroy.
Gratuit et ouvert à tous, il permettra de découvrir des activités, de rencontrer les acteurs locaux du sport et de la santé et de s’informer sur les bienfaits de l’activité physique.
Le village s’organisera autour de trois espaces :
- Bouge : des activités sportives et de bien-être et des animations proposées en continu par les partenaires ;
- Connexions : un espace pour découvrir les offres de proximité et trouver une activité physique adaptée à ses envies près de chez soi ;
- Sensibilisation : des prises de parole et des temps d’échanges autour des enjeux de santé publique liés à l’activité physique et sportive.
Une journée pour tester, découvrir, échanger… et surtout se remettre en mouvement !

Beweeg voor uw gezondheid en welzijn! Donderdag 3 september stopt de nationale tour "Septembre Bouge" bij de Decathlon Arena – Stade Pierre-Mauroy met een gratis sport- en gezondheidsdorp dat voor iedereen toegankelijk is.
In de dynamiek van de Olympische en Paralympische spelen van 2024 in Parijs vindt in september 2026 de eerste editie van de maand van de fysieke en sportieve activiteit plaats in heel Frankrijk.
Doelstelling: Maak gebruik van de rug naar school om iedereen te laten (her)nemen van lichaamsbeweging en sport en beweging van dagelijkse reflexen, in dienst van gezondheid en welzijn.
Bijna een maand lang rijdt de "Septembre Bouge" tour door Frankrijk en stopt in 18 steden. Workshops, demonstraties, sportinitiaties, vergaderingen en uitwisselingen worden gratis aangeboden in speciale dorpen.
Ga naar Villeneuve d'Ascq
Op donderdag 3 september wordt een sport- en gezondheidsdorp opgericht in de Decathlon Arena – Stade Pierre-Mauroy.
Gratis en open voor iedereen, het zal u in staat stellen om activiteiten te ontdekken, lokale sport en gezondheid belanghebbenden te ontmoeten en te leren over de voordelen van lichamelijke activiteit.
Het dorp wordt georganiseerd rond drie ruimtes:
- Bouge: Sport- en wellnessactiviteiten en activiteiten die continu door partners worden aangeboden;
- Verbindingen: Een ruimte om lokale aanbiedingen te ontdekken en een lichamelijke activiteit te vinden aangepast aan uw wensen in de buurt van huis;
- Bewustzijn: Toespraken en uitwisselingen over volksgezondheidskwesties in verband met lichaamsbeweging en sport.
Een dag om te testen, te ontdekken, uit te wisselen… en bovenal weer in beweging te komen!
