For the 28th edition of FILMAR en América Latina, FILMARcito is screening a series of eight short films for very young children: Cartographies of Birds in Flight

“Maps of Bird Flight” is a selection of contemplative short films that explore the world through the eyes of birds—symbols of passage, migration, and metamorphosis. With no dialogue and driven by minimalist narratives, these films take viewers on a journey that spans the thrill of flight, migratory journeys, and dreamlike, cosmic realms.

Cartographies du vol des oiseaux est une sélection de courts métrages contemplatifs qui explore le monde à travers le regard des oiseaux, figures du passage, de la migration et de la métamorphose. Sans dialogues et portés par des récits minimalistes, ces films composent un voyage qui va des élans du vol aux traversées migratoires, jusqu’aux imaginaires oniriques et cosmiques.
