The Real Estate Club is organizing a conference entitled 'What future for offices in the Lille metropolitan area?' , which will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 5:30 PM at the CCI Grand Lille (place du Théâtre).
Under the leadership of Didier Decoupigny (Director General of ADULM), there will be a complete inventory and prospects for local business real estate development.
On the program:
A retrospective review of the office, business premises and investment market presented by the marketers of the FNAIM Hauts-de-France, completed by the work of the observatory of tertiary real estate (ADULM).
Xavier Lépine (President of PCE and the IEIF) will present a specific report on the theme of transforming offices into housing.
A round table will bring together Maxime Bitter (LMH), Frédéric Delabie (Linkcity) and Julien Hincelin (GBL) to discuss concrete cases of real estate transformations within the Lille metropolis.
And finally, a conference will be introduced and concluded by Antoine Marre, President of the Real Estate Club, and will be followed by a cocktail to extend the exchanges.

Le Club de l'immobilier organise une conférence intitulée "Quel avenir pour les bureaux en métropole lilloise ?", qui se tiendra le mardi 3 février 2026 à 17 h 30 à la CCI Grand Lille (place du Théâtre).
Sous l'animation de Didier Decoupigny (directeur général de l'ADULM), il s'y tiendra un état des lieux complet et des perspectives d'évolution pour l'immobilier d'entreprise locale.
Au programme :
Un bilan rétrospectif du marché des bureaux, des locaux d'activités et de l'investissement présenté par les commercialisateurs de la FNAIM Hauts-de-France, complété par les travaux de l'observatoire de l'immobilier tertiaire (ADULM).
Xavier Lépine (Président de PCE et de l'IEIF) présentera un rapport spécifique sur la thématique de la transformation des bureaux en logements.
Une table ronde réunira Maxime Bitter (LMH), Frédéric Delabie (Linkcity) et Julien Hincelin (GBL) pour échanger sur des cas concrets de transformations immobilières au sein de la métropole lilloise.
Et enfin, une conférence sera introduite et conclue par Antoine Marre, Président du Club de l'immobilier, et sera suivie d'un cocktail pour prolonger les échanges.

Op het programma:
Een retrospectieve evaluatie van de kantoor-, bedrijfspanden- en investeringsmarkt, gepresenteerd door de marketeers van de FNAIM Hauts-de-France, aangevuld met de werkzaamheden van het observatorium voor tertiair vastgoed (ADULM).
