Since time immemorial, the Danube has been the creator of the remarkable natural landscape below
Bratislava, which, with a little exaggeration, resembles a tropical forest. Despite large human interventions in its structure, even in the upper part
Rye Island managed to save at least the remains of a beautiful meadow.

As part of the Weekend of Open Parks and Gardens event, we have prepared a special walk through the territory of the historical Pálffyvská nature reserve Vlčie hrdlo, where you will learn stories from the history of this mysterious corner of Bratislava.

Ivor Švihran, a knowledgeable guide and popularizer of this area, will guide you through Vlčí hrdlí and Biskupický luhmi.

The difficulty of the walk is low, the route is barrier-free.
