Das Projekt betrifft die Sanierung der "Pont du Lion" in Saint-Genis-Pouilly, an der "rue de Genève", die einen direkten Zugang zum Flughafen Genf und dem internationalen wissenschaftlichen Campus des CERN bietet. Die bestehende Steinbrücke überspannt den Fluss Lion und ermöglicht so den Straßen- und Fußgängerverkehr am Eingang der Agglomeration. Im Rahmen der Renovierung der Rue de Genève soll die Brücke neu gestaltet werden, um einen neuen Stadteingang zu schaffen und die Fußgänger zu sichern. Das Projekt markiert den Eingang zur Stadt, erweitert die Fußgängerwege und schafft eine neue Verbindung zum Fluss Lion durch die Schaffung von Balkonen. Die moiré-Geometrie des Geländers wird mit verschiedenen Geschwindigkeiten gelesen, unabhängig davon, ob sie von Fußgängern, Radfahrern oder Autofahrern wahrgenommen wird, und erzeugt eine vibrierende Oberfläche. Die Lichtarbeit an fein gerasterten Elementen schafft ein volles kinetisches Werk.

The CAUE de l'Ain, in association with the Association des Architectes de l'Ain, offers a visit of a bridge with explanations from Lobox Architects. Project designed by LOBOX architects and Sterling Presser Architect
The project concerns the requalification of the "Pont du Lion" in Saint-Genis-Pouilly, on the "rue de Genève", which offers direct access to Geneva airport and CERN’s international scientific campus. The existing bridge, made of stone, spans the river Lion, allowing traffic and pedestrian at the entrance of the agglomeration. As part of the renovation of the rue de Genève, the objective is to redevelop the bridge, to create a new city entrance and secure pedestrians. The project marks the entrance of the city, widens pedestrian paths, establishes a new link with the Lion River by creating balconies. The moiré geometry of the railing can be read at different speeds, whether it is perceived by pedestrians, cyclists or motorists, creating a vibrant surface. The work of light on finely woven elements creates a kinetic work in its own right.

Il progetto riguarda la riqualificazione del "Pont du Lion" a Saint-Genis-Pouilly, sulla "rue de Genève", che offre un accesso diretto all'aeroporto di Ginevra e al campus scientifico internazionale del CERN. Il ponte esistente, in pietra, attraversa il fiume del Leone, permettendo la circolazione stradale e pedonale all'ingresso dell'abitato. Nell'ambito della ristrutturazione di rue de Genève, l'obiettivo è quello di riqualificare il ponte, per creare un nuovo ingresso alla città e rendere sicuri i pedoni. Il progetto segna l'ingresso della città, ampliando i percorsi pedonali, instaurando un nuovo legame con il fiume Leone attraverso la creazione di balconi. La geometria umida della ringhiera si legge a velocità diverse, sia che venga percepita da pedoni, ciclisti o automobilisti, creando una superficie vibrante. Il lavoro della luce sugli elementi finemente rastrellati crea un'opera cinetica a pieno titolo.

Projet conçu par LOBOX architectes et Sterling Presser Architect
Le projet concerne la requalification du "Pont du Lion" à Saint-Genis-Pouilly, sur la "rue de Genève" qui offre un accès direct à l'aéroport de Genève et au campus scientifique international du CERN.
Le pont existant, en pierre, enjambe la rivière du Lion, permettant la circulation routière et piétonne à l'entrée de l'agglomération.
Dans le cadre de la rénovation de la rue de Genève, l'objectif est de réaménager le pont, pour créer une nouvelle entrée de ville et sécuriser les piétons.
Le projet marque l'entrée de la ville, élargi les cheminements piétons, instaure un nouveau lien avec la rivière Lion par la création de balcons.
La géométrie moirée de la balustrade se lit à différentes vitesses, qu'elle soit perçue par les piétons, les cyclistes ou les automobilistes, en créant une surface vibrante.
Le travail de la lumière sur les éléments finement tramés crée une œuvre cinétique à part entière.

El CAUE de l'Ain, en asociación con la Asociación de Arquitectos del Ain, ofrece una visita a un puente con las explicaciones de Lobox Architects. Proyecto diseñado por arquitectos LOBOX y Sterling Presser Architect
El proyecto se refiere a la recalificación del "Puente del León" en Saint-Genis-Pouilly, en la "calle de Ginebra", que ofrece acceso directo al aeropuerto de Ginebra y al campus científico internacional del CERN. El puente de piedra existente atraviesa el río Leo, permitiendo el tráfico por carretera y peatonal a la entrada del poblado. En el marco de la renovación de la calle de Ginebra, el objetivo es reorganizar el puente para crear una nueva entrada a la ciudad y proteger a los peatones. El proyecto marca la entrada de la ciudad, amplió los caminos peatonales, establece un nuevo vínculo con el río León mediante la creación de balcones. La geometría de la barandilla se lee a diferentes velocidades, ya sea percibida por peatones, ciclistas o automovilistas, creando una superficie vibrante. El trabajo de la luz sobre los elementos finamente tramados crea una obra cinética por derecho propio.
