Im 13. Kreis von Paris, in der Tür von Ivry implantiert, am Ende des XIX. Jahrhunderts, stellen(vertreten) die Werkstätten der Fabrik Panhard et Levassor die letzte Spur der Automobilfabriken von Paris, die Websites(Stätten) Renaults in Boulogne-Billancourt dar und von Citroën nach Javel, der verschwindet. Zwischen 2007 und 2013 wird dieser ehemalige industrielle Standort vollständig umstrukturiert, vergrößert und wird auf den Pol Dienstleistungssektor von AREP, Agentur interdisziplinarischer Architektur, Tochtergesellschaft von FRANZÖSISCHER STAATSBAHN GARES ET CONNEXIONS ge umgestellt geworden. Die Gelegenheit, die zweite Jugend diesem beladenen Ort mit der Geschichte zurückzugeben und dem Bezirk(Vierteljahr) der Ausrüstungen Nähe in sozialer Berufung, mit der Einführung(Eingliederung) im Fuß des Gebäudes einer Krippe und einer Tagesaufnahme für Obdachlosen anzubieten(zu schenken).

Implanted in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, in the door of Ivry at the end of the XIXth century, the workshops(studios) of the factory Panhard et Levassor represent the last vestige of the automobile factories of Paris, the sites of Renault in Boulogne-Billancourt and of Citroën in Javel having disappeared. Between 2007 and 2013, this old(former) industrial site was entirely restructured, extended and redeployed to tertiary pole(centre) by filial AREP, interdisciplinary architectural studio office, of SNCF GARES ET CONNEXIONS. Opportunity(Occasion) to restore a second youth in this place steeped in history and to offer to the district of the equipments of closeness with social vocation, with insertion in foot of building of a day-nursery(crib) and of a day welcome(reception) for homeless person.

Innestato in 13esimo arrondissement di Parigi, nella porta di Ivry alla fine del secolo XIXth, i workshop(officine) (gli studi(le sale di registrazione)) della fabbrica Panhard e Levassor rappresentano l'ultimo vestigio delle fabbriche d'automobile di Parigi, i siti di Renault in Boulogne-Billancourt e di Citroën in Javel che ha scomparso. Tra il 2007 e il 2013, il questo sito industriale (vecchio) precedente fu completamente ristrutturato, esteso(allungato) e si rispiegò a polo(polacco) terziario da AREP filiale, ufficio di studio(sala di registrazione) architettonico interdisciplinare, di SNCF GARES E CONNESSIONI(RAPPORTI). Implantés dans le 13e arrondissement de Paris, à la porte d’Ivry à la fin du XIXe siècle, les ateliers de l’usine Panhard et Levassor représentent le dernier vestige des usines automobiles de Paris, les sites de Renault à Boulogne-Billancourt et de Citroën à Javel ayant disparu. Entre 2007 et 2013, cet ancien site industriel a été intégralement restructuré, agrandi et reconverti en pôle tertiaire par AREP, agence d’architecture interdisciplinaire, filiale de SNCF Gares & Connexions. L’occasion de redonner une seconde jeunesse à ce lieu chargé d’histoire et d’offrir au quartier des équipements de proximité à vocation sociale, avec l’insertion en pied de bâtiment d’une crèche et d’un accueil de jour pour sans-abri.

Implantados en el 13o distrito de París, en la puerta de Ivry a finales del siglo XIX, los talleres(estudios) de la fábrica Panhard et Levassor representan el último vestigio de las fábricas automóviles de París, los sitios de Renault en Boulogne-Billancourt y de Citroën a Javel que ha desaparecido. Entre 2007 y 2013, este antiguo sitio industrial ha sido reestructurado, agrandado íntegramente y sido readaptado a polo terciario por AREP, agencia de arquitectura interdisciplinaria, filial de la CNFF GARES ET CONNEXIONS. La ocasión de devolver una segunda juventud a este lugar encargado de historia y de ofrecer al cuarto de los equipos de proximidad a vocación social, con la inserción en pie de edificio de una guardería infantil y de una acogida de día para desalojado.
