Entdecken Sie auf einzigartige Weise die Klostermühle, die immer noch aktiv ist und ihre alte Produktionskette bewahrt. Von der alten Brauerei bis zum Netz von durchbrochenen Weinkellern können Sie durch die gleichen Räume gehen wie die Mönche aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts.
Diese Entdeckung wurde von Frank Schwarz, Forscher in der Abteilung Inventar und Kulturerbe der Region Grand Est, nach einer Felduntersuchung und einer Auswertung von Archiven im Jahr 2022 vorgeschlagen.

Discover in a new way the monastic flour mill, still active and which retains its old production line. From the old brewery to the network of cellars of pierced guards, explore the same spaces as the monks of the mid-nineteenth century.
This discovery is proposed by Frank Schwarz, researcher in the Inventory and Heritage department of the Grand Est Region after a field survey and an archival analysis carried out in 2022.

Scoprite in modo inedito il mulino monastico, ancora attivo e che conserva l'antica catena di produzione. Dall'antico birrificio alla rete di cantine delle guardie scavate, percorri gli stessi spazi dei monaci della metà del XIX secolo.
Questa scoperta è proposta da Frank Schwarz, ricercatore presso il servizio Inventario e Patrimoni della Regione Grande Est al termine di un'indagine sul campo e di un lavoro di spoglio degli archivi condotto nel 2022.

Descubre de manera inédita el molino monástico, siempre activo y que conserva su antigua cadena de producción. Desde la antigua fábrica de cerveza hasta la red de bodegas de guardias, recorra los mismos espacios que los monjes de mediados del siglo XIX.
Este descubrimiento fue propuesto por Frank Schwarz, investigador del departamento de Inventario y Patrimonio de la Región Gran Este, tras una investigación de campo y un trabajo de análisis de archivos realizados en 2022.
