Das zwischen 1972 und 1974 erbaute Rathaus ist das Werk von Pierre Dufau, ebenfalls Chefarchitekt des "Nouveau Créteil". Créteil wurde Hauptstadt des Departements Val-de-Marne und erhielt ein Rathaus mit kühner Architektur, das an die Entwicklung seiner Dienstleistungen angepasst war. Die erste Sitzung des Stadtrats in diesem neuen Gebäude fand am 5. Dezember 1974 statt. Das Rathaus besteht aus zwei Elementen: einem 11-stöckigen Turm, der 75 m hoch ist und die wichtigsten Verwaltungsdienste beherbergt, und einem großen Zylinder mit 4 Ebenen, der für die Aufnahme der Öffentlichkeit bestimmt ist. Diese Tour ermöglicht Ihnen den Zugang zum Sitzungssaal, zum Hochzeitssaal und zur Dachterrasse (vorbehaltlich). Eine Führung durch den Architekturhistoriker Simon VAILLANT.

Built between 1972 and 1974, the town hall is the work of Pierre Dufau, also chief architect of the "Nouveau Créteil". Become capital of the department of Val-de-Marne, Créteil has a town hall with bold architecture, adapted to the development of its services. The first meeting of the city council in this new building took place on 5 December 1974. The City Hall consists of two elements: an 11-storey tower, measuring 75 m high, housing the main administrative services, and a large cylinder of 4 levels intended for the reception of the public. This tour will give you access to the council room, the wedding room, and the roof terrace (subject to reservation). A guided tour by Simon VAILLANT, architectural historian.

Divenuto capoluogo del dipartimento della Val-de-Marne, Créteil si dota di un municipio dall'architettura audace, adatto allo sviluppo dei suoi servizi. La prima riunione del consiglio comunale in questo nuovo edificio ha luogo il 5 dicembre 1974. L'Hôtel de Ville si compone di due elementi: una torre di 11 piani, alta 75 m, che ospita i principali servizi amministrativi, e un ampio cilindro di 4 livelli destinato all'accoglienza del pubblico. Questo tour vi permetterà di accedere alla sala del consiglio, alla sala dei matrimoni e alla terrazza sul tetto (soggetta a riserva). Una visita guidata da Simon VAILLANT, storico dell'architettura.

Devenu chef-lieu du département du Val-de-Marne, Créteil se dote d'une mairie à l'architecture audacieuse, adaptée au développement de ses services.
La première réunion du conseil municipal dans ce nouveau bâtiment a lieu le 5 décembre 1974. L'Hôtel de Ville se compose de deux éléments : une tour de 11 étages, mesurant 75 m de haut, abritant les principaux services administratifs, et un large cylindre de 4 niveaux destiné à l'accueil du public. Cette visite vous permettra d'accéder à la salle du conseil, à la salle des mariages, et au toit-terrasse (sous réserve).

Convertida en capital del departamento de Val-de-Marne, Créteil se dota de un ayuntamiento de arquitectura audaz, adaptado al desarrollo de sus servicios. La primera reunión del consejo municipal en este nuevo edificio tuvo lugar el 5 de diciembre de 1974. El Ayuntamiento consta de dos elementos: una torre de 11 pisos, de 75 m de altura, que alberga los principales servicios administrativos, y un gran cilindro de 4 niveles destinado a la acogida del público. Este recorrido le permitirá acceder a la sala de juntas, la sala de bodas y la terraza de la azotea (sujeto a reserva). Una visita guiada por Simon VAILLANT, historiador de la arquitectura.
