Der Bau geht auf die Zeit von Louis Philippe zurück, als mit der Ankunft der Eisenbahn viele protestantische Familien nach Bellevue kamen, das auch ein Urlaubsort war. Nachdem dieses Grundstück von einer wohlhabenden Pfarrei erworben wurde, schlossen sich ihr mehrere Familien an, um den Tempel zu errichten, der 1844 eingeweiht wurde. Es war ursprünglich eine Kapelle, die der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht wurde und um 1950 mit dem Bau eines Narthex und eines Mezannins erweitert wurde. Zu dieser Zeit hat Stephan Buxin, ein senegalesischer Bildhauer, der zur Pfarrei gehört, drei Skulpturen dargeboten: zwei im Inneren «Du wirst den Herrn, deinen Gott, aus aller Kraft lieben» und «Du wirst deinen Nächsten wie dich selbst lieben» sowie einen «Baum des Lebens» auf dem äußeren Tympanon.

Questo terreno è stato acquistato da una parrocchiana benestante e diverse famiglie si sono unite a lei per erigere il tempio, che è stato inaugurato nel 1844. In origine era una cappella, aperta al pubblico, poi ampliata verso il 1950 con la costruzione di un nartece e di una mezannina. A quel tempo, Stephan Buxin, scultore severo che faceva parte della parrocchia, ha offerto tre sculture: due all'interno «Amerai il Signore tuo Dio con tutte le tue forze» e «Amerai il tuo prossimo come te stesso», così come un «Albero della vita» sul timpano esterno.

Sa construction remonte au temps de Louis Philippe où, avec l’arrivée du chemin de fer, de nombreuses familles protestantes sont venues s’installer à Bellevue, qui fut également un lieu de villégiature.
Ce terrain ayant été acquis par une paroissienne fortunée, plusieurs familles se sont jointes à elle pour ériger le temple, qui a été inauguré en 1844.
C’était à l’origine une chapelle, qui a été ouverte au public, puis agrandie vers 1950 avec la construction d’un narthex et d’une mezannine.
A cette époque, Stephan Buxin, sculpteur sévrien faisant partie de la paroisse, a offert trois sculptures: deux à l’intérieur « Tu aimeras le Seigneur ton Dieu de toutes tes forces » et « Tu aimeras ton prochain comme toi-même », ainsi qu'un « Arbre de vie » sur le tympan extérieur.

Originalmente era una capilla, que fue abierta al público, luego ampliada alrededor de 1950 con la construcción de un narthex y un mezannine. En aquella época, Stephan Buxin, escultor severino de la parroquia, ofreció tres esculturas: dos en el interior «Amarás al Señor tu Dios con todas tus fuerzas» y «Amarás a tu prójimo como a ti mismo», así como un «Árbol de vida» en el tímpano exterior.
