En bordure du parc thermal, à l’emplacement d’un premier théâtre dû à l’architecte Albert Le Voisvenel, le Théâtre-Casino ouvre ses portes en 1909. L’architecte et décorateur Édouard-Jean Niermans a doublé la superficie du précédent établissement et fait réaliser le décor de la salle à l’Italienne. La restauration du théâtre a valu à la ville de Châtel-Guyon le prix spécial Dynamisme territorial des Rubans du Patrimoine.

El arquitecto y decorador Édouard-Jean Niermans duplicó la superficie del establecimiento anterior y encargó la decoración de la sala a la italiana. La restauración del teatro valió a la ciudad de Châtel-Guyon el premio especial Dinamismo territorial de las Cintas del Patrimonio.
