Das Hôtel de Rothelin-Charolais in der 101 rue de Grenelle wurde um 1703-1704 für Philippe d'Orléans, Marquis de Rothelin (1678-1715) erbaut. Dieses Gebäude ist charakteristisch für die Herrenhäuser aus dem frühen 18. Jahrhundert, zwischen Hof und Garten, die im Viertel Saint-Germain-des-Prés entstanden sind, das sich damals in voller Entwicklung befand. 1735 ging das Hotel in den Besitz von Louise-Anne de Bourbon-Condé über, die Mademoiselle de Charolais (1695-1758), die zahlreiche Arbeiten vornahm. Da der Marquis von Rothelin der erste Eigentümer war und Mademoiselle de Charolais die Initiative für die Sanierungen war, die ihr praktisch ihre heutigen Eigenschaften verleihen, nahm das Hotel schnell den Namen «Rothelin-Charolais» an. The Hôtel de Rothelin-Charolais, located at 101 rue de Grenelle, was built around 1703-1704 for Philippe d'Orléans, Marquis de Rothelin (1678-1715). This building is characteristic of the mansions of the early eighteenth century, between courtyard and garden, which were born in the district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés then in full development. In 1735, the hotel became the property of Louise-Anne de Bourbon-Condé, known as Mademoiselle de Charolais (1695-1758), who undertook many renovations. The Marquis de Rothelin being the first owner and Mademoiselle de Charolais being at the initiative of the redevelopments which practically gave it its present arrangements, the hotel quickly took the name of “Rothelin-Charolais”. It is now occupied by the Ministry of Transformation and Public Service and the Secretary of State, Spokesperson of the Government. Access: M13 Varenne, M12 Solférino

L'Hôtel de Rothelin-Charolais, situato in rue de Grenelle 101, fu costruito intorno al 1703-1704 per Philippe d'Orléans, marchese di Rothelin (1678-1715). Questo edificio è caratteristico dei palazzi degli inizi del XVIII secolo, tra cortile e giardino, che vedono la luce nel quartiere di Saint-Germain-des-Prés allora in pieno sviluppo. Nel 1735, l'hotel divenne proprietà di Louise-Anne de Bourbon-Condé, detta Mademoiselle de Charolais (1695-1758), che intraprese numerosi lavori. Essendo il marchese de Rothelin il primo proprietario e Mademoiselle de Charolais all'iniziativa delle ristrutturazioni che le danno praticamente le sue disposizioni attuali, l'hotel prende rapidamente il nome di «Rothelin-Charolais». L’Hôtel de Rothelin-Charolais, situé au 101 rue de Grenelle, est construit vers 1703-1704 pour Philippe d’Orléans, marquis de Rothelin (1678‑1715). Cet édifice est caractéristique des hôtels particuliers du début du XVIIIe siècle, entre cour et jardin, qui voient le jour dans le quartier de Saint-Germain-des-Prés alors en plein développement. En 1735, l’hôtel devient la propriété de Louise-Anne de Bourbon-Condé, dite Mademoiselle de Charolais (1695‑1758), qui entreprend de nombreux travaux. Le marquis de Rothelin étant le premier propriétaire et Mademoiselle de Charolais étant à l’initiative des réaménagements qui lui donnent pratiquement ses dispositions actuelles, l’hôtel prend rapidement le nom de
« Rothelin‑Charolais ». Il est aujourd’hui occupé par le Ministère de la Transformation et de la Fonction publiques et le secrétariat d’État, Porte‑parole du Gouvernement.

En 1735, el hotel pasó a ser propiedad de Louise-Anne de Bourbon-Condé, llamada Mademoiselle de Charolais (1695-1758), que emprendió numerosos trabajos. Siendo el marqués de Rothelin el primer propietario y Mademoiselle de Charolais a la iniciativa de las remodelaciones que le dan prácticamente sus disposiciones actuales, el hotel toma rápidamente el nombre de «Rothelin-Charolais».
