Prof. Takano Toshihiko, emeritus professor of Gakushuin University speaks on “Establishment of the Archivist Certification System and Future Expectations” and Dr. Hatano Sumio, Director-General of the Japan Center for Asian Historical Records, on“Recording the End of the War.”
