This concert is about life, comfort and peace.
Brahms wrote this work after losing his mother and friend.
He chose texts that can speak to everyone,
whether one is a believer or not.
In this version, two pianists play with four hands,
with a choir and two soloists.
This concert is intimate, human and full of emotions.

Brahms a écrit cette œuvre après avoir perdu sa mère et son ami.
Il a choisi des textes qui peuvent parler à tout le monde,
qu’on soit croyant ou non.
Dans cette version, deux pianistes jouent à quatre mains,
avec un chœur et deux solistes.
Ce concert est intime, humain et plein d'émotions.
