From the birth of wheat to the mowing, follow the Miller and his donkey to the mill, then to the communal furnace, to meet the baker. Sunday, take carriage rides, participate in the family bread-making workshop and dance to the rhythm of a wild concert.

Sunday 12, Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 July:
From 10h to 12h and from 14h00 to 18h00: Immerse yourself in the daily lives of farmers of the 19th century and discover, step by step, the journey of wheat, from harvesting to bread making. Throughout the day, observe our peasants in period costume at work and participate with them in the different stages of the traditional harvest: * Mowing wheat in the fake way, as in the past * harvesting and gathering of sheaves * threshing of ears, to release the grain * the passage of wheat into the tarare, in order to separate the grain from the chaff * the transformation of the grain into flour * the making and baking of bread, * the culmination of this long peasant work a lively and participatory animation that allows us to better understand the agricultural know-how of the past and the importance of working the land, from the field to the bread that we consume every day.
From 10:30am: Atelier pain with Amandine l’engraineuse: Young and old, come and discover the recipe for bread and shape fun soft loaves. The dough pieces will be cooked in a wood-fired oven, in the former communal furnace of Hondeghem. The opportunity to discover this beautiful traditional building dating from the 18th century. A friendly moment to have fun, create and develop your senses! Duration 45 minutes 10 people per group.
At 10:30, 11:30 am, 14h, 15h, 16,17h: Baking country bread making workshop, animated by Sylvanim immerse yourself in the world of artisanal bread through a sensory and participatory workshop, accessible to all: an awakening of taste that invites the senses to express themselves through the analysis of textures, smells and flavors, before the discovery of the recipe and its ingredients. The facilitator then guides the gestures during a lively demonstration, then everyone puts their hands on the dough to prepare, shape, incise, decorate and personalize their own creation. The cooking is done on site, extending the experience to the scent of hot bread, while a fun quiz punctuates the workshop and tricks and secrets are shared throughout the moment. The adventure ends with the tasting of a bread made by the Chef, a real culinary creation to savor together. From 4 years booking on site (maximum 20 people)
At 11h-18h: Meet the animals of the museum for a guided tour animated by one of our villagers in reconstitution.
Sunday, July 12:
From 10.30 am to 12 am and from 13 am to 18 am: The doors of the Moulin de Vaudricourt welcome you. If the wind is part of the game, the wings will come alive and the mill will come alive before your eyes. Alongside our millers, discover a mill in operation, where the breath of the wind sets in motion the gestures of the past and transforms the grain into flour, as in the past.

At 10:30, 11:30, 13:30, 15:30, 17h and 18h: Discover our rotating cap mill alongside the villagers in reconstitution. Throughout the visit, they tell you the history of this living heritage, the gestures of the past and the essential role of the mill in the life of the village.
