In the 1980s, on the border between Colombia and Venezuela, only two of sixteen fishermen who set out in a canoe survived a massacre perpetrated by the Venezuelan army. The state accused the victims of being guerrilla fighters. Based on the historical reality of the 1988 massacre, which remains unpunished, Rober Calzadilla has created a political film against forgetting, a refusal to normalize violence.

Dans les années 1980, à la frontière entre la Colombie et le Venezuela, sur seize pêcheurs partis sur une pirogue, seuls deux ont survécu, suite au massacre perpétré par l’armée vénézuélienne. L’État accuse les victimes d’être des guérilleros. Rober Calzadilla développe, à partir de la réalité historique du massacre de 1988 toujours impuni, un film politique contre l’oubli, un refus de normalisation de la violence.
