Mailin was sexually abused as a child by a priest close to her family. Now a mother herself, she decides to seek justice. The director accompanies her on this courageous journey of healing and remembrance through a sweeping cinematic approach that blends archival footage, dreamlike imagery, and metaphors. An intense narrative that explores the repercussions of abuse, societal denial, and the statute of limitations.

Mailin de María Silvia Esteve
Argentine/France/Roumanie, 2025, Doc, 89’
