Durch eine große Eichenallee entdecken Sie diesen Garten, der um die Steine der Ruinen und einen Teil einer Burg aus dem 14. Jahrhundert angelegt ist. Inspiriert von den französischen Gärten mit ihrer geometrischen Organisation und ihren großen Schotterwegen, hat er nach und nach einer neuen Vision Platz gemacht, da er keine Herbizide oder aggressive Behandlungen mehr verwenden wollte,
Die eines lebendigen und nährenden Gartens.
Der Boden, jetzt das Herzstück des Prozesses, wird wie ein lebendiger Organismus behandelt. Er wird nicht mehr umgedreht. Er wird genährt, geschützt und respektiert. Mulchen, Kompost und dauerhafte Begrünung ersetzen invasive Dünger oder Werkzeuge.

It is through a large alley of oaks that you discover this garden set around the stones constituting the ruins and part of a castle of the XIV century. Inspired by French gardens with its geometric organization and large gravel paths, it has gradually given way to a new vision, no longer wanting to use herbicides or aggressive treatments,
That of a living and nourishing garden.
The soil, now at the heart of the process, is treated as a living organism. It is no longer turned around. It is fed, protected and respected. Mulching, compost, permanent plant cover replace fertilizers or invasive tools.
The priority is to collaborate with nature rather than to fully master it.
The garden evolves towards a densification of edible, perennial, fruit-bearing, aromatic and medicinal shrubs, in combinations sometimes planned, sometimes spontaneous.
This garden thus becomes a place of experience, both aesthetic and edible, productive and poetic. It invites to slow down, to observe, to garden differently; to cultivate not only plants but a deeper connection with the earth.
At the end of the visit you can exchange with Simon who develops this evolution around a drink at the bar and enjoy a moment sitting with your friends

Inspiré des jardins à la française avec son organisation géométrique et ses grandes allées en graviers, il a peu à peu laissé place à une nouvelle vision, ne souhaitant plus utiliser d’herbicides ni traitements agressifs,
Celle d’un jardin vivant et nourricier.
Le sol, désormais au cœur de la démarche, est traité comme un organisme vivant. On ne le retourne plus. Il est nourri, protégé, respecté. Le paillage, le compost, la couverture végétale permanente remplacent les engrais ou les outils invasifs.
