Die Veranstaltung ist eine fotografische Ausstellung an zwei Orten, die die Geschichte der Fotowerkstatt des Arsenals von seiner Gründung 1860 bis heute nachzeichnet.
Dort wurden etwa hundert Fotografien ausgestellt, die die Geschichte des Schiffbaus in Brest von 1860 bis heute darstellen, sowie 7500 Reproduktionen der Identitätsfotos der jungen Lehrlinge von 1945 bis 1995. Wir werden daraus Videowände machen, an denen man seine Angehörigen wiederfinden kann.
Sie wird von Veranstaltungen, Begegnungen und kultureller Vermittlung begleitet.

The event is a two-site photography exhibition tracing the history of the Brest Arsenal’s photography studio from its inception in 1860 to the present day.

The event is a two-site photography exhibition tracing the history of the Brest Arsenal’s photography studio from its inception in 1860 to the present day.
On display will be around one hundred photographs documenting the history of shipbuilding in Brest from 1860 to the present, alongside 7,500 reproductions of ID photos of young apprentices taken between 1945 and 1995; these will be arranged into "walls of images" where visitors can spot friends and family members.

L'evento è una mostra fotografica su due siti che ripercorre la storia del laboratorio fotografico dell'arsenale di Brest dalla sua creazione nel 1860 fino ai giorni nostri.
Vi saranno esposte un centinaio di fografie che ripercorrono la storia della costruzione navale a Brest dal 1860 ai giorni nostri e 7500 riproduzioni delle foto d'identità dei giovani apprendisti dal 1945 al 1995; ne faremo delle pareti di immagini dove si potranno ritrovare i suoi cari.
Sarà accompagnata da eventi, incontri e mediazione culturale.

Il y aura exposé une centaine de phographies retraçant l'histoire de la construction navale à Brest de 1860 à nos jours et 7500 reproductions des photos d'identité des jeunes apprentis de 1945 à 1995, nous en ferons des murs d'images où l'on pourra retrouver ses proches.

Habrá expuesto un centenar de fografías que relatan la historia de la construcción naval en Brest desde 1860 hasta nuestros días y 7500 reproducciones de las fotos de identidad de los jóvenes aprendices de 1945 a 1995, haremos murales de imágenes donde se podrá encontrar a sus familiares.
Estará acompañada de eventos, encuentros y mediación cultural.
