Seit 2004, Vinalia Ihnen vor, eine unveröffentlichte lebende Erfahrung in der Entdeckung der Tafelfreuden im Altertum zu erleben! Bohren Sie die Geheimnisse der Ausarbeitung des Weines, des Bieres oder des Mets durch, authentische römische Rezepte(Einnahmen) kostend. Praktisch handwerklich werden Griechische, Gallische oder Römische in der Verbindung(Link) mit Wein und der Kochkunst auf der Gesamtheit(Komplex) der archäologischen Stätte ebenfalls vorgestellt werden. Kostproben, Demonstrationen und Treffen mit Spezialisten(Spezialistinnen) der antiken Ernährung werden das Programm während des Tages bereichern.
Vinalia werden unter der Schirmherrschaft der Kanzel UNESCO "Kultur und Traditionen Weines" von Dijon organisiert. Das Ereignis ist mit Gütezeichen "Weingärten und geöffnet(entdeckt) Ziel(Bestimmung) Condrieu-Côte-Rôtie".
Die Werkstatt legt "Wein, Getränk der Menschen(Männer) und der Götter" vom Verein ÇNARRÔ angeboten, in Wert(Bedeutung) die Dualität des Weines ins Altertum, zwischen dem so genannten reinen " inferium vinum " Wein und unreinem Wein, der " spurcum vinum " genannt ist. Eine Kostprobe nach den antiken Rezepten(Einnahmen) vorbereiteten Weines wird dem Publikum angeboten(geschenkt).

Since 2004, Vinalia suggests you living an unpublished living experience(experiment) in the discovery of pleasures of the table in Antiquity! Drill secrets of the development of the wine, of the beer or of the mead while tasting(savouring) authentic Roman recipes(receipts). Roman or Greek, Gallic craft(home-made) practices in connection with the wine and gastronomy will be also presented on the whole archaeological site. Tastings, demonstrations and meetings with specialists of the ancient food(supply) will enrich programme throughout the day.
Vinalia is organised under the auspices of the Pulpit UNESCO «Culture and Traditions of the Wine» of Dijon. Event is labelled «Vineyards and discovered destination Condrieu-Côte-Rôtie».
The workshop(studio) «The Wine, drink of the Men(People) and of the Gods» proposed by the association ĒNARRŌ emphasises the duality of the wine in Antiquity, between a said pure wine " inferium vinum " and an impure wine called a " spurcum vinum ". A tasting of wine prepared according to the ancient recipes(receipts) is offered to the public.

Dal 2004, Vinalia Le suggerisce vivendo un'esperienza vivente inedita (l'esperimento) nella scoperta di piaceri(divertimenti) del tavolo(tabella) in Antichità! Segreti d'esercitazione dello sviluppo(evoluzione) del vino, della birra o dell'idromele mentre assaggiatura (che assapora) ricette romane autentiche (ricevute). Il mestiere(L'astuzia) romano o greco, gallico le pratiche (fatte in casa) in connessione(rapporto) con il vino e la gastronomia sarà anche presentato nel sito archeologico intero. Tastings, dimostrazioni e incontri con specialisti del cibo antico (la fornitura(provvista)) arricchiranno il programma nel corso del giorno.
Vinalia è organizzato sotto gli auspici della Cultura "dell'UNESCO di Pulpito e le Tradizioni(Consegne) du Vin" di Dijon. L'evento(Il caso) è marcato(classificato) «Le vigne e la destinazione scoperta Condrieu-Côte-Rôtie».
Il workshop(officina) (lo studio(la sala di registrazione)) «Il Vino, la bevanda degli Uomini (la gente) e dei Dei» proposti dall'associazione ĒNARRŌ accentua la dualità del vino in Antichità, tra un vino puro detto "inferium vinum" e un vino impuro ha telefonato "spurcum vinum". Un'assaggiatura di vino preparato secondo le ricette antiche (le ricevute) è offerta al pubblico.

Depuis 2004, les Vinalia vous proposent de vivre une expérience vivante inédite à la découverte des plaisirs de la table dans l’Antiquité ! Percez les secrets de l’élaboration du vin, de la bière ou de l’hydromel tout en dégustant d’authentiques recettes romaines. Les pratiques artisanales grecques, gauloises ou romaines en lien avec le vin et la gastronomie seront également présentées sur l’ensemble du site archéologique. Des dégustations, des démonstrations et des rencontres avec des spécialistes de l’alimentation antique enrichiront le programme tout au long de la journée.
Les Vinalia sont organisées sous le patronage de la Chaire Unesco « Culture et Traditions du Vin » de Dijon. L’événement est labellisé « Vignobles et découvertes destination Condrieu-Côte-Rôtie ».
L’atelier « Le Vin, boisson des Hommes et des Dieux » proposé par l’association ĒNARRŌ met en valeur la dualité du vin dans l’Antiquité, entre un vin pur dit « inferium vinum » et un vin impur appelé « spurcum vinum ». Desde el 2004, Vinalia le proponen vivir una experiencia viva inédita al descubrimiento de los placeres de la mesa a la Antigüedad! Perfore los secretos de la elaboración del vino, cerveza o de la hidromiel catando ingresos auténticos y romanos. Las prácticas artesanales griegas, galas o romanas en enlace con el vino y la gastronomía serán también presentadas en conjunto del yacimiento arqueológico. Degustaciones, demostraciones y encuentros con especialistas en la alimentación antigua enriquecerán el programa a lo largo del día.
Vinalia son organizados bajo el patrocinio del Púlpito Unesco « Culture et Traditions du Vin » de Dijon. El acontecimiento es labellisé «Viñedos y descubiertas destinación Condrieu-Côte-Rôtie».
El taller(estudio) «El Vino, la bebida de los Hombres y de los Dioses» propuesto por la asociación ĒNARRŌ valoriza la dualidad del vino en la Antigüedad, entre un vino puro dicho " inferium vinum " y un vino impuro destinado " spurcum vinum ". Una degustación de vino preparado según los ingresos antiguos es ofrecida al público.
