Since January 2025, the City has been carrying out a major renovation of the building to preserve this exceptional heritage site.

"The Builders of Notre-Dame de Bourg-en-Bresse" lecture at 3:00 p.m. in the Land Art Room at the Hôtel Marron de Meillonnas (5 rue Teynière). Duration: 1 hour. In partnership with the Friends of the Organ and the Co-Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Bourg.
The Friends of the Organ and the Co-Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Bourg is an association dedicated to raising awareness of and promoting the cultural heritage of Notre-Dame Church. It promotes the organ by organising concerts, including the Organ Tuesdays series.
The association also helps people learn more about and appreciate the monument and its works of art through guided tours, lectures, publications and other activities. It provides moral support and, whenever possible, financial assistance for the preservation and restoration of this cultural heritage.

Religious services will continue throughout the weekend. Please avoid causing any disturbance on Saturday, 19 September, from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m., from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., and from 6:30 p.m. onwards, as well as on Sunday morning.
