Diese Anlage, die sich im Quartier ZAC gare La Vallée befindet und hauptsächlich von der Region Hauts-de-France finanziert wird, stattet das Gebiet mit einem modernen und leistungsfähigen Industriegerät aus, das in der Lage ist, die Wartung der in der Region verkehrenden TER-Züge durchzuführen.
Diese Werkstatt wurde geschaffen, um die Wartung der neuen TER-Ausrüstung und ihre Besonderheiten (lange Züge und Geräte, die sich hauptsächlich auf dem Dach befinden) zu erfüllen. Er ist hauptsächlich für die leichte Wartung bestimmt, für die eine geringe Ausfallzeit erforderlich ist (daher wird die Verfügbarkeit der Flotte optimiert).
Dieser neue, sorgfältig gestaltete Schrein mit einer Länge von 165 m und einer Breite von 23 m ist Teil eines ökologischen Ansatzes der Energieeinsparung, des durchdachten Wassermanagements und der Berücksichtigung der akustischen Behandlung.

Located in the ZAC train station La Vallée district, this facility, financed mainly by the Hauts-de-France Region, provides the territory with a modern and efficient industrial tool capable of ensuring the maintenance of TER trains circulating in the region.
This workshop was created in response to the maintenance of the new TER equipment and its special features (long trains and equipment located mainly on the roof). It is intended to operate mainly light maintenance for which a low level of immobilization is necessary (the availability of the fleet will therefore be optimized).
This new setting with its carefully designed architecture, 165 m long and 23 m wide, is part of an environmental approach to energy saving, sound water management and sound treatment.

Situato nel quartiere ZAC Gare La Vallée, questo impianto, finanziato essenzialmente dalla Regione Hauts-de-France, dota il territorio di uno strumento industriale moderno e performante in grado di garantire la manutenzione dei treni TER circolanti sulla regione.
Questo laboratorio è stato creato per rispondere alla manutenzione dei nuovi materiali TER e alle loro peculiarità (treni lunghi e apparecchiatura situata principalmente in copertura). Si tratta principalmente di una manutenzione leggera per la quale è necessario un basso livello di immobilizzazione (la disponibilità del parco ne sarà ottimizzata).
Questo nuovo scrigno dall'architettura curata, lungo 165 m e largo 23 m, si inserisce in un approccio ambientale di risparmio energetico, di gestione dell'acqua ragionata e di considerazione del trattamento acustico.
I tecnici del laboratorio vi faranno scoprire, durante la visita guidata, tutti gli aspetti dei mestieri della manutenzione...

Située dans le quartier ZAC gare La Vallée cette installation, financée essentiellement par la Région Hauts-de-France, dote le territoire d'un outil industriel moderne et performant capable d'assurer la maintenance de rames TER circulant sur la région.
Cet atelier a été créé pour répondre à la maintenance des nouveaux matériels TER et à leurs particularités (rames longues et appareillage situé principalement en toiture). Il a vocation à opérer principalement de la maintenance légère pour laquelle un faible niveau d’immobilisation est nécessaire (la disponibilité du parc en sera donc optimisée).
Ce nouvel écrin à l'architecture soignée, d'une longueur de 165 m et de 23 m de large, s'inscrit dans une démarche environnementale d'économie d'énergie, de gestion de l'eau raisonnée et de prise en compte du traitement acoustique.

Situada en el barrio ZAC estación La Vallée esta instalación, financiada esencialmente por la Región Hauts-de-France, dota al territorio de una herramienta industrial moderna y potente capaz de garantizar el mantenimiento de trenes TER que circulan en la región.
Este taller fue creado para responder al mantenimiento de los nuevos equipos TER y a sus particularidades (trenes largos y equipos situados principalmente en tejados). Su objetivo es realizar principalmente un mantenimiento ligero para el que se requiere un bajo nivel de inmovilización (de este modo se optimizará la disponibilidad del parque).
Este nuevo escenario de cuidada arquitectura, con una longitud de 165 m y 23 m de ancho, se inscribe en una gestión medioambiental de ahorro de energía, de gestión del agua razonada y de consideración del tratamiento acústico.
