Anlässlich des 90-jährigen Jubiläums der Gedenkstätte und zur Feier des Abschlusses der Renovierungsarbeiten gedenken Sie der 72.000 während der Schlacht an der Somme verschwundenen Soldaten. Die offizielle Zeremonie wird mit lyrischen Liedern wie «Sleep» oder «Roses Picardie» ergänzt, die während des Ersten Weltkriegs komponiert wurden. Sie werden von der Opernsängerin Emma Brown mit einem Klavier aufgeführt.

On the occasion of the Memorial’s 90th anniversary and to celebrate the completion of the renovations, come and pay tribute to the 72,000 soldiers lost during the Battle of the Somme. The official ceremony will be embellished with lyrical songs like «Sleep» or «Les roses Picardie» composed during the First World War. They will be performed by the lyric singer Emma Brown accompanied by a piano.

In occasione dei 90 anni del Memoriale e per celebrare la fine dei lavori di ristrutturazione, venite a rendere omaggio ai 72.000 soldati scomparsi durante la Battaglia della Somme. La cerimonia ufficiale sarà abbellita da canti lirici come «Sleep» o «Les roses Picardie» composti durante la prima guerra mondiale. Saranno interpretati dalla cantante lirica Emma Brown accompagnata da un pianoforte.
