The museums of Honfleur open free from 20 h 30 to midnight. It is the first time that all the local museums join to this event. It occasions (Re) to discover the painters of the estuary the from XIXth century till XXth century but also the maritime and ethnographic collections bound(connected) in Honfleur and in Normandy, as well as the scenographic route(course) presenting the universe of Erik Satie.

Based(Established) in 1868, the museum presents in particular an important collection of works of the painters of the estuary (Courbet, Monet, Jongkind, Dubourg, Calluses) grouped(included) around Eugene Boudin (the museum of which keeps(preserves) 104 numbers). The establishment exposes(explains) and keeps(preserves) more than 2500 paintings(paints), sculptures, drawings or engravings, more than 1000 objects, headgears, suits(costumes), furniture, some 700 photographies on glass plates(patches) of the years 1880-1920, a collection of more than 100 tourist posters on Normandy between 1880 and 1950 and a set(group) of old(former) toys of the 19th and 20th centuries.
