Six giant wooden games created by Gerry Oulevey take centre stage in the museum.
Inspired by traditional games, they explore different aspects of play: strategy, skill, cooperation and chance. Visitors are invited to play, experiment and reflect on the importance of play in our societies, and to take an active role in their visit. We no longer simply observe: we experiment, we handle the objects, we laugh, and we reflect together. The museum becomes a living space, where the visit also involves the body, interaction and emotion.
Access to the games is free all evening.

Six jeux géants en bois créés par Gerry Oulevey prennent place au cœur du musée.
Inspirés de jeux anciens, ils explorent différentes fonctions du jeu: stratégie, adresse, coopération ou hasard. Les publics sont invités à jouer, expérimenter et à réfléchir à l’importance du jeu dans nos sociétés et à devenir acteurs et actrices de leur visite. On ne se contente plus d’observer: on expérimente, on manipule, on rit, on réfléchit ensemble. Le musée devient un espace vivant, où la visite passe aussi par le corps, l’interaction et l’émotion.
L’accès aux jeux est libre toute la soirée.
