The Musée de plein air de Villeneuve-d’Ascq switches to bike mode! As part of the valorization of the Paris–Roubaix road bike, the Musée de Plein Air, in partnership with the Nord department and the Nord tourist offices, organizes an animation day on Sunday, March 29. 15 days before the departure of Paris-Roubaix for this event, the site is transformed into a playground, discovery and transmission, where cycling is in the spotlight for a day, an ambition: advancing soft mobility, celebrating cycling heritage and inspiring everyone — young and old — to take cycling back as a symbol of freedom, sharing and fun. From 10h to 18h: Past, present, future of vintage bike bike with VINTAGE & HERITAGE represented by Vincent Vasseur. Discover the bike of yesteryear and discover a dozen bikes of yesteryear. The MEL will accompany you through animations to bring history to life… and the future of cycling in the heart of the metropolis.
From 10h to 18h: Better riding in the city: Find an exhibition and a stand dedicated to bicycle traffic with the Association du Droit au Vélo.
Departure: 2:30 pm guided walk with the ADAV and the city of Villeneuve d’Ascq

Children can participate under the responsibility of the accompanying adults (parents or relatives).
From 10h to 18h: Bike identification device proposed by ADAV (marking / registration) offered at a partner rate of € 6 per bike.
From 10h to 12h and from 14h to 17H30: Educational bike tour in the village of yesteryear: In partnership with the city of Villeneuve d’Ascq, the museum offers a new entertainment for children: In the heart of the museum, an educational bike tour comes to life: signs, traffic rules and mini-city at child height to learn while having fun. 2–6 years with parents.
From 10h to 12h and from 14h to 17h for those aged 6 and 12, young cyclists are invited to ride their bike to learn about bike safety! Along the greenway that borders the Musée de Plein Air, a fun route awaits them, between nature, freedom and joyful pedal strokes. Here, we ride, we laugh, we discover… and above all, we have fun cycling!
From 10h to 18h, find Vebo a new eco-responsible active mobility mode a way to motorize your bike in 1 seconds! This day will be an opportunity for the Musée de Plein Air to formalize the obtaining of the Label Vélo, fruit of development for several months on the museum. A day under the sign of autonomy, safety and sustainable mobility, in a heritage, friendly setting where cycling takes its place in our daily trips.

Le Musée de Plein Air de Villeneuve-d’Ascq passe en mode vélo ! Dans le cadre de la valorisation de la vélo-route Paris–Roubaix, le musée de Plein Air, en partenariat avec le département du Nord et les offices de tourismes de Nord, organise une journée d’animation le dimanche 29 Mars. Soit 15 jours avant le départ du Paris-Roubaix Pour cet évènement, le site se transforme en terrain de jeu, de découverte et de transmission, où le vélo est à l’honneur Le temps d’une journée, une ambition : faire avancer la mobilité douce, célébrer le patrimoine cycliste et donner envie à tous — petits comme grands — de reprendre le vélo comme symbole de liberté, de partage et de plaisir. Au programme :
De 10h à 18h : Passé, présent, futur du vélo de Vélo vintage avec VINTAGE & PATRIMOINE représenté par Vincent Vasseur. Partez à la découverte de vélo d’antan et découvrez une dizaine de vélos d’antan. La MEL vous accompagnera à travers des animations pour faire vivre l’histoire… et l’avenir du cyclisme au cœur de la métropole.
De 10h à 18h : Mieux rouler en ville : Retrouvez une exposition et un stand dédié à la circulation à vélo avec l’Association du Droit au Vélo.
Départ : 14h30 Balade commentée avec l’ADAV et la ville de Villeneuve d’Ascq

Les enfants peuvent participer sous la responsabilité des adultes qui les accompagnent (parents ou proches).
À partir de 10h jusque 18h : Dispositif d’identification des vélos proposé par l’ADAV (marquage / immatriculation) proposé à un tarif partenaire de 6 € par vélo.
De 10h à 12h et de 14h à 17h30 : Parcours vélo pédagogique dans le village d’antan : En partenariat avec la ville de Villeneuve d’Ascq, le musée vous propose une animation inédite pour les enfants : Au cœur du musée, un parcours vélo pédagogique prend vie : panneaux, règles de circulation et mini-ville à hauteur d’enfant pour apprendre en s’amusant. 2–6 ans accompagnés des parents.
De 10h à 12h et de 14h à 17h pour les de 6 et 12 ans, les jeunes cyclistes sont invités à enfourcher leur vélo pour apprendre la sécurité à vélo ! Le long de la voie verte qui borde le Musée de Plein Air, un parcours ludique les attend, entre nature, liberté et coups de pédale joyeux. Ici, on roule, on rit, on découvre… et surtout, on s’amuse à vélo !
À partir de 10h jusque 18h, retrouvez Vebo un nouveau mode de mobilité active éco-responsable Un moyen de motorisez votre vélo en 1 seconde ! Cette journée sera l’occasion pour le Musée de Plein Air d’officialiser l’obtention du Label Vélo, fruit d’aménagement depuis plusieurs mois sur le musée. Une journée placée sous le signe de l’autonomie, de la sécurité et des mobilités durables, dans un cadre patrimonial, convivial où le vélo reprend sa place dans nos déplacements quotidiens.

Het Musée de plein air de Villeneuve-d'Ascq schakelt over op fietsmodus! In het kader van de valorisatie van de wegfiets Parijs-Roubaix organiseert het Musée de Plein Air, in samenwerking met het departement Nord en de toeristische kantoren Nord, op zondag 29 maart een animatiedag. 15 dagen voor het vertrek van Parijs-Roubaix voor dit evenement wordt de site omgetoverd tot een speeltuin, ontdekking en transmissie, waar fietsen in de schijnwerpers staat voor een dag, een ambitie: het bevorderen van zachte mobiliteit, het vieren van het wielererfgoed en het inspireren van iedereen - jong en oud - om fietsen terug te nemen als symbool van vrijheid, delen en plezier. Van 10u tot 18u: Verleden, heden, toekomst van vintage fiets met VINTAGE & ERFGOED vertegenwoordigd door Vincent Vasseur. Ontdek de fiets van weleer en ontdek een dozijn fietsen van weleer. De MEL zal u begeleiden door middel van animaties om de geschiedenis tot leven te brengen… en de toekomst van fietsen in het hart van de metropool.
Van 10u tot 18u: Beter rijden in de stad: Vind een tentoonstelling en een stand gewijd aan fietsverkeer met de Association du Droit au vélo.
Vertrek: Wandeling met gids om 14:30 uur met de ADAV en de stad Villeneuve d'Ascq
Route: Van het kasteel van Flers naar het museum
Allemaal openbaar
Kinderen kunnen deelnemen onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de begeleidende volwassenen (ouders of familieleden).
Van 10u tot 18u: Fietsidentificatieapparaat voorgesteld door ADAV (markering / registratie) aangeboden tegen een partnertarief van € 6 per fiets.
Van 10u tot 12u en van 14u tot 17U30: Educatieve fietstocht in het dorp van weleer: In samenwerking met de stad Villeneuve d'Ascq biedt het museum een nieuw entertainment voor kinderen: In het hart van het museum komt een educatieve fietstocht tot leven: verkeersborden, verkeersregels en mini-stad op kinderhoogte om te leren terwijl je plezier hebt. 2-6 jaar bij ouders.
Van 10u tot 12u en van 14u tot 17u voor kinderen van 6 en 12u worden jonge fietsers uitgenodigd om op de fiets te rijden om meer te weten te komen over fietsveiligheid! Langs de groene weg die grenst aan het Musée de Plein Air, wacht ze een leuke route, tussen natuur, vrijheid en vrolijke pedaalbewegingen. Hier rijden we, lachen we, ontdekken we… en bovenal hebben we plezier met fietsen!
Van 10 uur tot 18 uur vindt u Vebo een nieuwe eco-verantwoordelijke actieve mobiliteitsmodus een manier om uw fiets in 1 seconden te motoriseren! Deze dag is een gelegenheid voor het Musée de Plein Air om de verkrijging van het Label vélo, de vrucht van ontwikkeling gedurende enkele maanden op het museum te formaliseren. Een dag onder het teken van autonomie, veiligheid en duurzame mobiliteit, in een erfgoed, vriendelijke omgeving waar fietsen zijn plaats inneemt in onze dagelijkse reizen.
