The Hauts-de-France Regional Choir offers a program built around three great works of the German Romantic repertoire. > Schubert’s Mirjams Siegesgesang recounts in his own way the crossing of the Red Sea by the Hebrews, pursued by the pharaoh. > Mendelssohn’s Hymn is like a small cantata, describing the despair of the believer and the prayer he addresses to the Creator. > Rheinberger’s Stabat Mater will certainly introduce a composer whose language is both direct, simple and refined. The program will also be expanded with other pieces, including the Pâtre sur le rocher by Schubert, which will allow to appreciate the timbre of the clarinet. Le Chœur Régional Hauts-de-France propose un programme bâti autour de trois grandes œuvres du répertoire romantique allemand.
> Le Mirjams Siegesgesang de Schubert raconte à sa manière la traversée de la Mer Rouge par les Hébreux, poursuivis par le pharaon.
> L’Hymne de Mendelssohn est comme une petite cantate, décrivant le désespoir du croyant et la prière qu’il adresse au Créateur.
> Le Stabat Mater de Rheinberger fera certainement découvrir un compositeur au langage à la fois direct, simple et raffiné.
Le programme sera également étoffé d’autres pièces, notamment le Pâtre sur le rocher de Schubert, qui permettra d’apprécier le timbre de la clarinette.

Het Hauts-de-France Regionaal Koor biedt een programma gebouwd rond drie grote werken van het Duitse romantische repertoire. > Schubert's Mirjams Siegesang vertelt op zijn eigen manier over de oversteek van de Rode Zee door de Hebreeën, achtervolgd door de farao. > Mendelssohn's Hymn is als een kleine cantate, die de wanhoop van de gelovige beschrijft en het gebed dat hij tot de Schepper richt. > Rheinberger's Stabat Mater zal zeker een componist introduceren wiens taal zowel direct, eenvoudig als verfijnd is. Het programma zal ook worden uitgebreid met andere stukken, waaronder de Pâtre sur le rocher van Schubert, die het timbre van de klarinet zal kunnen waarderen.
